I love subway. It’s my favorite restaurant.

This one in particular is just complete and utter trash.

Online or in person.

Your in person experience will be a disgusting restaurant with trash all over the floor, rude, racist, standoffish and mostly illiterate teenagers, and they’ll shoot you nasty looks when you ask for extra products on your sub when it’s LITERALLY ON THE MENU.

Your delivery experience will be mostly forgotten items, unfollowed instructions, and careless drivers.

Go to a subway in evans. Let this one put itself out of business.

Had 2 people in front of me and and it took 30 mins just to be told that they didn't have the meat for the sandwich I was going to order. The workes moved slower then molasses. Start putting in an effort in these jobs or just shut them down and stop wasting people's valuable time.

This was my first time visiting this establishment but I'm glad I didn't let the reviews I read detour me. Thr environment was clean, their ingredients were fresh & the gentleman that made my sandwiches was kind, efficient & humorous while providing excellent customer service. If you're nearby you need to stop by & support this location!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food was good but the service was slow. No one said anything when I entered and I stood there waiting to give my order. They were busy I guess fixing take out orders. Would have been nice if someone would have said, we will be with you in a minute. Finally after a while of waiting with the line behind me they took my order.

Second time ordering online. Arrive to it not prepared yet.
Also second time that they were out of an item. First time it was the rotisserie chicken, this time it's the bacon. WHAT SUB SHOP RUNS OUT OF BACON???
The manager at this store needs to be checked on because I see other reports of items being out of stock daily. This is a problem with inventory management and stocking obviously. Ridiculous experience.

What is the since in ordering online, when you still have to wait 20mins for your sandwich, after you get there. Employee standing outside on his phone waiting on everyone to leave before he goes in. Does anyone know how to work any more....

I have yet to order at this location and get a correct sub. Either the wrong ingredients, mismade and or terrible customer service. I always place my orders online and they cannot follow simple directions. And I call them out on it they get really mean about it. I have to use this subway in a rush as it is close to my house. But something has to give and be fixed.

My wife and I went here for dinner to try out the salad….. let’s just say the service was dry but the food was pretty decent. I didn’t like the fact that the manager on the shift just sat there in the chair talking loud on the phone behind this young fellow and didn’t bother to assist him when more customers came in the store yet alone acknowledge your customers.

They’re always out of a majority of things, no matter what day or what time you come. The employees mumble when they talk to you. Moral seems low probably due to the fact that customers are upset that they’re always out of everything. Food is decent but obviously someone isn’t ordering correctly.

I recently placed a delivery order online through the Subway website, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon receiving my order, I realized that my chips were missing. While this was a simple resolution, it became a frustrating ordeal due to the response I received from the store.When I called to inform them about the missing item, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of concern by the young man. The staff member I spoke with claimed that the chips were left on the counter by the driver but however, they did not give the chips to him. As a customer, I would think that Subway would ensure everything is already fixed, packed up, and ready to be picked up by the driver. Despite my frustration, I suggested a straightforward solution: I would pick up the chips the next day. However, I was met with resistance and told that nothing could be done but the driver could return to pick the chips up. I did not want the driver to spend almost an hour to deliver a bag of chips.The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by the staff member was unacceptable. He seemed more interested in talking to someone else, presumably the manager, than addressing my concerns. When I requested his name, he abruptly hung up the phone, further exacerbating the situation.This incident reflects a pattern of poor service at this Subway location. While the issue may have been minor, the manner in which it was handled speaks volumes about the store's disregard for customer satisfaction. As a customer, I expect better treatment and resolution when issues arise.At this point, my disappointment extends beyond the missing chips to the overall unprofessionalism and rudeness displayed by the staff. Regrettably, this will be my last interaction with this Subway location, as I will not tolerate such subpar service.

Ordered online Hot Italian got Rotisserie chicken.Check your order before leaving. Wàs asked to bring a receipt with pictures while on lunch break that was the reason I ordered 0nline because of timeline.
