They’re always out of a majority of things, no matter what day or what time you come. The employees mumble when they talk to you. Moral seems low probably due to the fact that customers are upset that they’re always out of everything. Food is decent but obviously someone isn’t ordering correctly.

I recently placed a delivery order online through the Subway website, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon receiving my order, I realized that my chips were missing. While this was a simple resolution, it became a frustrating ordeal due to the response I received from the store.When I called to inform them about the missing item, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of concern by the young man. The staff member I spoke with claimed that the chips were left on the counter by the driver but however, they did not give the chips to him. As a customer, I would think that Subway would ensure everything is already fixed, packed up, and ready to be picked up by the driver. Despite my frustration, I suggested a straightforward solution: I would pick up the chips the next day. However, I was met with resistance and told that nothing could be done but the driver could return to pick the chips up. I did not want the driver to spend almost an hour to deliver a bag of chips.The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by the staff member was unacceptable. He seemed more interested in talking to someone else, presumably the manager, than addressing my concerns. When I requested his name, he abruptly hung up the phone, further exacerbating the situation.This incident reflects a pattern of poor service at this Subway location. While the issue may have been minor, the manner in which it was handled speaks volumes about the store's disregard for customer satisfaction. As a customer, I expect better treatment and resolution when issues arise.At this point, my disappointment extends beyond the missing chips to the overall unprofessionalism and rudeness displayed by the staff. Regrettably, this will be my last interaction with this Subway location, as I will not tolerate such subpar service.

Ordered online Hot Italian got Rotisserie chicken.Check your order before leaving. Wàs asked to bring a receipt with pictures while on lunch break that was the reason I ordered 0nline because of timeline.

When I do an online order the app tells me it's ready, but they don't start making it until I get there. That's frustrating and against the whole purpose of ordering online.

I HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE ON NIGHT SHIRTS. The employee on nights is the best ever. I wish I could leave a tip, because I am between jobs. I decided to write a review on them. The store is always clean and sanitized. The employee is always working, clean with a great attitude. Tonight, another great experience. The manager on duty and their crew needs a reward or raise. Please reward them. Employee that makes your company look good need a raise or reward. Please my best experiences are always at night. MY FOOD IS SOOOOOO GOOD on nights also. I WILL TELL ANYBODY NIGHT SHIFT IS THE BEST SHIFT, LOVE A VERY SPECIAL CUSTOMER. Never a bad experience with the night crew. Day shift needs to learn from the night workers.

I ordered online , gave specifications on my subs , ordered 4 subs and ALL OF THEM ARE WRONG!!!!!!!, We ordered on our lunch break and cant go back.and can not reach them on the phone. Terrible !!!!!

Hi I went to the subway on peach orchard road and Augusta Georgia. When I answer it was an older Caucasian lady on the phone she told me to give her a second she would be there a second became never she never served me she was talking on the cordless phone didn't care that I was up there then she got on her cell phone and it sound as she was talking on the phone into a family member then she got on another cell phone and she would not took my take my order so basically I was standing in line longer than what I should and I'm the only black African female that was in line two white Caucasian females working behind the counter one took her time and another lady had to come from out the bathroom to come fix my sub that was rude and I feel like I was racially discriminated again. I don't think it's fair to feel like I am being racially discriminated against when I come to Subway four times a week and on the night crew we get awesome customer service, however when you come in the morning on the day shift we feel like we are racially profiled and they do not want to fix your food or they going to take their time and that's not fair. She did not change her gloves she went in the back where the gloves on she touched her shirt with the gloves touch everything else with a glove then fits my food. The employee that fits my food was a black girl short she was awesome she was great it was just sad that she was in the bathroom taking care of her personal business and two white Caucasian women are standing up there not trying to take care of their only customer that they had in your store. Now this is the second time that I have been racially discriminated against especially if you got females that hang their bangs down over your food that's not fair. It's not fair that the two white Caucasian women that was in Subway this morning was not concerned but more of taking care of their business and not worry about my what I wanted. I had to push the tape so they can hear a noise to come back up front to serve me I don't think that was fair and I'm going to do what I can do to take this farther because Subway should not be racially profiling customers. And I noticed more black people work on the night shift too.
