Surcheros Fresh Mex

I ordered a extra steak burrito and ended up just getting 75%rice and some black beans. This thing was 20 bucks and just got a rice bomb. I could see forgeting the extra portion but how do you leave out the meat entirely? Terrible service.

Like everyone else says, similar to Chipotle, however, they have a lot more options for toppings etc. Everything was much fresher, more flavorful, and most of all, the restaurant was CLEAN. Great place to grab a burrito or bowl.

I ordered two hard chicken tacos. Just chicken as I like to pour the queso on top and eat it that way. The amount of chicken I received in both tacos was laughable. I combined them into one so I could at least eat one full taco and I used the other as chips. And yet again, they forgot the queso. Luckily I checked before I left today. I actually stopped ordering from this location because they always forgot my queso. Truly at this point I would like a refund for my tacos because of the amount of times I haven’t complained on this location. Today was my 13th reason. I have tried calling the location 5 times to no avail. I tried submitting something to corporate online, but the website kept giving me a server error. I did not want to leave a google review but here we are.

I came in Saturday from out of town (first time customer). The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and the staff members were both patient and helpful! Will definitely stop here again on my next trip!

Surcheros was good. It’s like Chipotle on a little bit of steroids. Everything was a little bit more tastier than Chipotle. Maybe Chipotle owns Surcheros. I don’t know either way when I’m closer to a Cichero I will bypass a Chipotle had lunch with my son and it was a great experience, simple quick and fast go give them a try

EVERY SINGLE TIME I GOT IN THERE and see that Hispanic lady fixing the food … I instantly know that my charge is going to be higher than normal !!! I can not express this enough!!!! Her serving size is equivalent to if she was feed a bird ! I asked for chicken and steak (half and half) and I kid you not … the scoops did not even look like half of the spoon she was using !!! This is EVERYTIME she works … my mom even hates going in there when she is there bc it doesn’t be fair at all and you always end up paying for more ! The food is amazing but the staff ( specially her ) acts like they will be arrested for giving decent servings ! SHE WOULDNT EVEN EAT THAT SERVING SHE MADE …
