Always on point and way better than chipotle IMO

NEVER AGAIN CHIPOTLE! Surcheros is definitely where it's at. So tired of barely getting by with work luncheons by ordering Chipotle. Surcheros thought of EVERY last detail. The food was fresh and we loved it. Thank you!!

This place is not the same anymore...

I have been going here for the past year and loved it. Unfortunately, it has gone down hill quickly. Every-time I go, something happens that makes me not want to come back.

1.) The woman gave me a small spoonful of chicken. I asked for more and she said it would be $3.
2.) I get to the register and ask for water. The cup she gives me (which I had to pay 20 cents for) had water stains in it. I asked for another and it had the same.
3.) The next time I go I am told it will be $2.50ish to get water. No more free water. No more nice cups. Just a styrofoam cup!
4.) Today, they gave me 5 chips on my plate.
5.) Just to place an order and eat takes 15 minutes. Even if there is nobody in line….

All of this to say - I used to love this place. However, they have started to cheat customers. Thankfully, Chipotle is opening next door soon. I’m sure their customers will start going there instead.

Just all around terrible. They were out of almost everything. customer service is terrible. waited 10 minutes to be helped. Closed dining room a hour before close. Were out of multiple things. Coworkers cared more about friends coming in then actual paying customers. I use to come here atleast every week but not anymore. Just terrible. And the food was so salty i could taste the high cholesterol in my throat. i already filled out a form on your website as well.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but i frequent them often.. last night i had an experience like no other. It took someone probably 8 minutes to come see us, one person already being up front. I hear a voice from the back say “ oh we have customers? “ .. They were out of rice- which is okay. But then, we ordered pork, weren’t given a full scoop and asked if we wanted extra.. next thing, they were out of black olives & guac, little to no lettuce/cheese.. as we are checking out, we overheard one lady say “ we’re closing down dining room”… it was only 8:03. I have never had such a bad experience, & i have not been able to reach a manager.

Good portions, great taste, good service. Wasn’t sure if they were open at first, the place is a bit minimalist in style but it ended up as a great choice for lunch

First time in. Worker was veryyy good & answered all questions. Food was amazing 10x better than chipotle to me. Will return again!
