I only give two stars because the food/beverages are absolutely delicious. however, the staff is more often than not extremely rude and many times we went, they weren’t prepared to provide service. They didn’t have bobas or they didn’t have flavors. it was a recurring issue. We tried sweet moments 10+ times for boba tea and snacks but we stopped going when the staff became completely unbearable. Sad that something as simple as a cafe service can’t even be kind or welcoming to returning customers. We won’t ever go back.

I took my son and daughter in law there because my daughter and I love the Cookies and Cream frappe Boba. Unfortunately, they were out of Cookies and Cream flavor, so I bought 4 frappe Boba's (we were going to take one to my daughter) and when we were in the car, we noticed there was no Boba (tapioca balls) in our drinks. We went back in to tell the worker that she must have forgotten to put in the Boba, but she said they were out the Boba and it would be 40 minutes till the next batch would be ready. So we just had 4 drinks without Boba. The Boba is what makes the drink!

I’ve had two bad experiences at this place! The first time I took my kids to try Boba tea for the first time and the lady working was rude and the Boba tasted as if it was out of date! Today was my second visit and this time I was taking my kids to try roll up ice cream for the first time, there was a family ahead of us and after the lady was done serving them she never acknowledged me nor my children, she went sit down and started texting in her phone, not to mention the table I was standing near needed to be cleaned as well as the entire floor. I promptly left and took my business else where! I will not be visiting nor recommending them to anyone! ??

this place used to be amazing.. now it's ran by teenagers who are unhygienic and have zero work ethic. it's honestly so sad because i used to visit this place so often. Now i will never be back.

I haven’t been to the store but I’ve been to the food truck at several events and we absolutely love their desserts!! And the owners are so kind!! I absolutely recommend them for any event!

The roll ice cream was good, I didn't like the boba milk tea. The place needs to be more clean and organized, the floor were dirty, bathroom nasty and the sitting area was very dirty!

Tried to give a local business a chance but it was very unsanitary. Upon entrance into the establishment the staff member was sitting on the sofa with her friend texting on their phone. Upon starting my order no hand hygiene was performed nor were gloves nor a mask worn. While my item was being prepared the staff member's friend walked behind the counter where my item was being prepared without a mask. During a pandemic, this is careless business practice. On top of that the item I purchased did not taste well. I will not return.

If 0 star was a option I would give it to Sweet Moments Cafe. Completely, and utterly disappointed by the quality and content of there products. Look at the amount of boba and amount of ice used in these drinks. 75 percent ice 25 percent coffee 0 percent enjoyment. I will never step foot in this establishment again

This place has really good ice coffee but apparently you can only get it if Ursula is working everyone else who works there dont know how to make most of the items on the menu management should have Ursula be the one to train the other employees cause she clearly knows what she is doing and is an absolute delight but if it's her off day don't waste your time go to Circle K for your coffee
