My daughter and I came to dine in. We used their kiosk to order our meals for the first time. My 13 year-old daughter made a mistake on her order and ordered no beef, when she wanted beef. I explained our mistake to Rafael, and asked if he could put some beef in the existing chalupa. He was very nice and said he would just give us a new one. He was very friendly and fixed our order, even though it was our fault. On the other hand, another employee (maybe the manager) complained and said that it would mess up her inventory. Very unprofessional of her, but I apologized anyway. I doubt that a small pinch of meat would throw off her inventory that much. Thank you, Rafael, for being so friendly, helpful, and professional!!!

I tried one of the Chicken quesadillas I will never order that again for sthe chicken Was so finally shredded.I could barely tell there was any meat in it... We were a tree crew so we had a truck and trailer with tools that we needed to keep an eye on so we back them into the space of front as tightly as we could... As we went to leave the manager told us that we could no longer park like that even though we were finished ... I told her that was too bad because we would not be able to come back. Because we needed to keep an eye on our tools.... I told her that we would not be able to come back with that equipment.... She said that we needed to park in the back.You're not cold or we could not leave our equipment Out of our site. Then she went into a rant saying we were telling her how to run her business.... I told her we never said that that she is the one who said that but she insisted that we told her how to run her business.... I finally said as long as you believe it.That's all that matters and we left

They fail to build items correctly, and often use the wrong sauce on items. Highly recommend tasting your food before you leave and demand a refund when it's wrong.

Horrible experience. Had ordered food with out meat, but was served with meat. When I went to the counter, no one came up for many minutes then the lady in the kitchen just said to me that she knows the food has meat and will replace it. Wonder, how she knows the problem and is already fixing it without talking to me. Was not apologetic at all for ruining it. Restrooms were locked and again had to wait at counter for someone to come up and open the door. Looks to be short staffed location and missing basic courtesy
Vegetarian options: Can substitute meat with beans but they can mess up

Food was good but 4 regular tacos (2 soft 2 hard shell? Should not be 9 dollars. That's beyond outrageous. Just my opinion but the food was good so if you come here bring a hundred dollar bill for a meal. ??
I asked for the Nachos Bellgrande. I only got a quarter (as in .25 cent) sized dollop of meat, and a huge helping of old, stale beans. I mean that shii was so stale it could be used as mortar for bricks. I almost vomited. Had to throw it away. Money wasted because of incompetency.
