The persons working right now from this time of review 5 minutes before did not provided me with service so I left. Bad customer service!
Went through drive thru around 3am since they “supposedly” close at 4 am. Restaurant was closed.
And to the lady who answered the phone very rude at 7:58 today on 11/4, you have bad customer service and yall messed up my food on purpose after I CLEARLY put on the app what i didnt want on my tacos. Lied and said I put my order to come pick up inside when I picked drive-thru?? Then when I asked for your name you didnt wanna give it to me already knowing I was gonna put you on blast. If you say your the manager like you said you was they need to find a new one because your not cut out for this one❤️

This place needs new management or something because there is zero attention paid to customers who walk in. I’m tired of them forgetting my drink all the time because they can’t be bothered to actually pay attention to the order they’re filling. Then I have to stand up there and wait for someone, usually, to rudely address me as if I don’t belong in there. Also, how unprofessional for a manager to be yelling at employees to where customers can hear them. I don’t care about your walk in fridge.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. I came in to ask about refilling a drink I had purchased, and the manager on duty spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of explaining the policy politely, she raised her voice and made me feel unwelcome.
I understand if refills aren’t allowed apparently, that’s fine, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. I hope upper management reviews how this location handles customer interactions because no one deserves to be talked to that way.

I gave it a five star because it’s Taco Bell but don’t expect nothing above good. Remember yes you want your receipt and check your food. It’s regular humans making it and bagging it

It's not a taco bell iv been to before or will probably ever have a chance to use again but it was exactly what you'd hope for when ordering from one. Polite and professional service. Food was fresh and exactly as ordered. I would enjoy having this particular taco bell near me at home as opposed to the one I have to deal with. Chicken Quesadilla was great, fresh and tasty. The neighborhood and surrounding area is rough but that's not taco bells fault 😅.

They got my order wrong and when I tried to inquire about the error I was verbally assaulted by the whole kitchen staff who aggressively argued with me at the counter. I ordered and intended to pay for two tacos. They mentioned that it was Taco Tuesday and that I would receive a free taco with my order. I did not see that they had only charged me for one taco and included my second as the free taco. Yet my intentions were to buy two tacos and have a third for my passenger. I went inside the store to correct the problem yet the staff was very aggressive leaning towards violence as 3 or four staff members angrily confronted me that I was wrong and that they made no mistakes. They acted as if I ordered only one taco therefore I only received two including the free taco and I would have to order an additional taco yet the new order would not reward the free taco. As it was not for myself yet for my passenger I feel I was robbed twice for the offer and more importantly I feel the aggression and possibly violent attitudes that the staff has was the most unsettling part of the experience.

Me & a friend went through the drive thru for lunch
She asked for potato’s with no sour cream or cheese, usually they only charge for a side of potato’s.. anywho the short hair lady was very rude and dropped my friends change and looked at us with a nasty attitude & she kept shoving our bags and drinks at us when it was her fault she dropped the change we corrected it & she kept on shoving our meals and drinks , she had a very nasty attitude, will never go back.
