I usually avoid this particular location because it’s always something wrong but I was on my way home from the mall and decided to give it another chance for the first time in years. Ordered a black bean grilled cheese burrito. It came covered in pickled jalapeños for some reason. In the past they’ve messed up my order so bad it had to be on purpose. Like making the cheesy bean and rice burrito with nothing but bone dry refried beans and nothing else. They just don’t care.

The manager is rude to customers and her employees. Guy over the intercom kept saying he couldn't hear me with me practically screaming (intercom was broke). I pull up to order, same guys is getting chewed out by manager for telling me to pull up. I told her "He didn't tell me to, your intercome was broke". She told me I was lying about her intercom being broke. Why on earth would someone lie about that??? Someone get rid of the rude incompetent manager.
