That Guy that was a manager, or on duty on 11/27 around 1:30 am at the drive thru was very rude and unprofessional. This type of behavior makes the company look bad along with poor management. I know it is easy for anyone to get hired at these establishments, but this guy attitude was pathetic and disgusting. Is there a corporate number available?

Whoever was working Drive thru speaker/window really needs to have her customer service evaluated. That was ridiculous. My family and I pulled up in the drive thru for dinner around 9pm (11/22), and were greeted by a very impatient and very curt employee. Poor attitude throughout our entire time ordering, and just overall seemed like she didn’t want to be there. We pull up to the window, she isn’t wearing a nametag, and carries the same attitude and demeanor while making and handing us our drinks. Then tells us to go park in a mobile pick up spot. 0 customer service skills whatsoever. I understand if you’re having a bad day. I worked in fast food for two years. We all have days like that; but there’s a thing called professionalism, and I’m pretty sure you have to have a small degree of it to work in food service. Food was same as usual, but the service really stood out to me. I know it’s Peach Orchard so the expectation’s aren’t high, but hopefully this review (on top of the MANY others I’ve read about this location) will be brought to managers attention. This is ridiculous. (Side note however, the gentleman who brought us our food was incredibly polite!)

I didn’t get her name, but the girl working at 11:30pm tonight on October 14, 2025 was AMAZING. So sweet, but the Guy which is assuming is the “manger or Gm” Rude & Nasty.. I walked in after ordering through the drive thru & was told to park In mobile order spot & after seeing someone else walk in, and being pregnant I was trying to go to restroom but I was turned away by the guy, which wouldn’t have been a problem but then he proceeded to follow my order outside & when the lady said “ Girl you really have to pee “ I said “ Yeaa, I’m pregnant but it’s okay “ because it wasn’t her fault.. but HE then laughed & said “ Oh, what Happened?” As if it was a joke to him that I’m pregnant and having to pee but had to wait on 7 BASIC tacos for 15mins all while holding my urine.. I found that RUDE & mocking me & couldn’t imagine how he’d treat another customer.

Did online order still waited 15 min for food service very slow.
The drive thru worker did not listen well at all and I had to repeat myself several times and my order was still wrong. I was missing items and had to go back through the driver thru to get my missing items and it was still wrong. Please do better Taco bell. Maybe management should have a meeting and retraining with there workers

Worst customer service ever, food looks and taste like if someone throw up on it. I order my food at 10:58 am and finally get it at 11:25 am 🤬🤬🤬 place wasn’t busy either and 5 people order after me and they get their food before me and when I ask them what was going on the lady on the back was laughing. DISGUSTINGGGG and very RUDEEEE 🤮🤮🤮🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Gabrielle was incredible. I only ordered a party pack of soft and hard tacos, but she treated me like I was ordering the chef’s special at a real restaurant. She didn’t rush me, didn’t sound annoyed, and didn’t act like I was ruining her night with my twelve tacos in a cardboard box. Bonus points for making sure I had hot sauce — because nothing’s sadder than getting home with a party pack and realizing it’s just… tacos. All around, the most courteous drive-thru experience I’ve ever had.

Worst Taco Bell ever the lady at the counter is so rude order a dine in and go it as a to go order didn’t even gave me a cup for my drink I ask her for one and she replied as uhuu and ignored me never gave me one and proceeded doing other stuff a guy that was working close to her came over and gave me cup
