Went today around 4:20 pm. Tall guy with Locs took my order. Very friendly, helpful, and funny. He also gave me a free taco coupon for rounding up my total. Not often you get good service at fast food restaurants now days. Food and drinks were on point also. Kudos to him

HORRIBLE experience! The manager began to holler like a crazy woman because the employees put lettuce in a burrito. Not only did she holler for ten minutes but treated the employees (they all looked like teens btw) in front of all the customers. Harassment follow by a "I was military" statement is still harassment.

Oh hell no. I still can't get the taste out of mouth. I ordered 2 cinnamon twists for my 7 yr old old granddaughter. She said they need more cinnamon, I can't eat them. I wish to God I'd smelt them 1st. Nasty stagnant grease!

Zero stars!!!! Food was sloppy not cooked correctly ,taco was broken and someone had a non service dog that was in a baby stroller! Disgusting!! Person taking orders and making food no hand washing! Tossed out the food and got a reverse transaction! Would not recommend!!

I went to Taco Bell and placed my order at the speaker and I double checked if the order was right. When we came up to the window the worker had an attitude and once we came home we noticed our food was soggy,the taco wrappers where not closed so one of the tacos spilled out the bag and we where supposed to have 9 tacos but we only got 7.
Literally went inside, the woman looked at me, and carried on with whatever she was doing. I stood there 10 mins Not 1 person acknowledged me. Definitely needs help

I came through the drive-thru, and ordered a supreme burrito with a taco and fiesta potatoes. Why tf did i receive my potatoes in a box? There wasnt even enough queso and sour cream to cover, maybe tiny spoonful each. I'm just gonna go to other locations from now on because this is ridiculous
