Took my daughter for her Birthday. We sat outside and that was a fun touch. Limited tables, 4 I do believe. But was glad to snag one. Sushi was just OKAY, nothing amazing. I haven't been here before, so thought we would try it. Our usual sushi places unfortunately have odd hours, and TakoSushi was open, so we decided to go there. I will wait next time for the others to open, $60 dollars later, we left hungry and honestly just not fulfilled. Definitely disappointed, but I was excited to try a new place. Service was good, and server was very nice.

Me and a friend, whom tips exceptionally well, went yesterday for lunch . We ordered the shrimp nachos and when receiving the appetizer there were none of the condiments and sides that came with it. The server said it was a typo on the menu. We asked how long it has been a typo and said didn’t know. He said I can add the toppings that were on the menu as advertised with additional fees. We left and we were flabbergasted because it was the second restaurant that day that gave us horrible attitude and service. He proceeded to say that we were the problem. Never again will you get our business and support.

My husband and I tried Takosushi because he loves tacos and I love sushi. We both really enjoyed the food and atmosphere! We’ll definitely be back!

Idk how they food is here because I refuse to eat at a sushi establishment that has a B rating which means you'll either end up with parasites or food poisoning since sushi is very delicate. Secondly the customer service is trash. Was not greeted when I walked in or even after standing in front of the bar for 5 minutes. Only when I spoke up the bartender decided to acknowledge me. Was told I'd be helped in a moment but not I formed that their internet was down until a Caucasian male walked in for orders as well. I'm not playing the race card but it's clear as day who they go above and beyond for and it isn't black patrons. It's a small space so I understand being packed in tight but simple excuse me goes a long way when your being passed by staff so close I can smell the cigarette break on you then you need to open your mouth and have manners. Only one lady did and I applaude her for that because she was working non stop my entire wait time and used common courtesy. Do better.

This is the second time we have ordered the tuna tar tar and have not received the bag of chips. We called and the same lady who answered the phone who was rude and provided same “honest mistake” excuse. This is unacceptable. The people running these door dash orders have got to go!

If I could give zero stars I would. While I was sitting at the bar a HUGE cockroach got on me from under the bar and my husband had to get it off of me. He brushed it off and it ran across the floor towards a table and one of the wait staff had to kill it with their shoe. Needless to say I was ready to leave immediately. Not only did the staff glare at me like I was crazy not one manager came over to check on the situation. They also made us pay for the Diet Coke I hadn’t drank from yet and the appetizer we had just received that was also not eaten. Horrible experience and will never be returning.
The early dinner experience at TakoSushi was ok. The sushi roll selection, interior and atmosphere were ok. The miso soup was a bit too salty for me. Sushi rolls were lacking the anticipated flavor and freshness. Plating was ok. My score a 4.0.

I’m not sure what was going on but my sashimi had bones in it and just tasted off overall. I cooked it to see if maybe I just don’t like sashimi anymore but the fish tasted like it was going bad.
I did call back and they handled it really nicely but I think I’m going to avoid ordering sushi here for a while.
