Came to Taste with a large group (20+) and had an amazing experience! Service was quick and very attentive. Working with a large group isn’t easy, but they handled it all with ease. The staff was able to recommend some great wines. The wine selection is extensive, you’re sure to find something to your liking!The food paired well with the various wines available. Prime location in downtown Augusta. Beautiful venue! I highly recommend Taste Wine Room. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you!

We stumbled upon this gem a few months ago and always try to return when we're in the mood for a simple evening of wine and snacks. My boyfriend prefers reds and I prefer white wines and we've never been disappointed. Great experiences so far!

Great service and friendly approachable staff. Pretty quiet and intimate especially on a Saturday night. But they did have good music going. The Brie and prosciutto crostini was great with the wine. Next time I'm going to try the charcuterie board. Definitely go here if you have time or just want to relax.

While the wine and food is great - the service is terrible. I have been to taste multiple times - and each time the service is terrible. It comes down to the workers do not know how to act as servers. During the wine dinner - I had to ask for a caraf of water as no servers were roving the tables - and water is a must for a wine dinner.tip - maybe leave out water jugs ar each dinner. During the few times I have gone with friends - I’ve had issues with the bill (items wrong) and been ignored by the staff (ironically it’s been the same server each time). Additionally- the staff doesn’t seem that educated about the wine - when asking simple questions of where the wine is from or the grapes - there seems to be blank stares. All and all while this place has great potential - I think the staff needs to be educated.

This is a cozy and relaxing place to go for a drink and an appetizer. The bruschetta is tasty. We never felt rushed.
A lovely venue. Intimate yet fun. Great for a girls night out, double date or romantic evening for two. It has a cozy vibe you would expect at a wine bar. Soft lighting and smooth music. The food was good, artisan pizza, meat and cheese etc. Very tasty. I highly recommend and plan to go back.

The customer service did not match the atmosphere. Waitress did not have the training and attitude. Need bartenders asap that are trained to pour mimosas. The waitress came to the table to refill the glass if mimosa, fill the glass almost to the rim no room for the juice. Food was awesome and the music DJ playing the 70s music ?.Parking: Great

I really wanted to like this place. Two staff, three guest (that includes me)and service was beyond disappointing. One staff sat on the phone/computer the entire time in bar area the other stared outside until she poured herself a drink and sat outside.
