We checked in on the mobile app due to an hour and half wait. We waited the hour and half and still was not notified that a table was ready, while waiting we watching multiple people outside write very unprofessional comments on the sidewalk.
We checked with the Hostess to see how long it would be and she was rude,overall ended up waiting 2 hours before being seated, once a table was ready a waitress tried seating us into a booth that was not clean. environment was extremely loud, our waitress after we moved was extremely friendly and understanding, she kept our drinks full and kept us happy during dinner. This is probably one of the worst Texas Roadhouse restaurants we have been to.

Texas Roadhouse has turned into a joke of a restaurant. I have given it 3 chances. 3 weeks ago, the server messed up the order so bad, 2 of the meals were completely wrong and they charged us for a alcoholic drink that we didn't order. The manager came by and his only comment was Oh sorry. A week ago we were sat at a booth a sat there for 25 minutes and never saw a single server. We finally got up and left. Tonight, Saturday night, we ordered food to go only because we had gift cards to use. 5 pm on a Saturday and they were already out of Prime Rib. Never again.

Went Superbowl Sunday. The staff including management were extremely friendly and conducted themselves in the most professional manner. Best restaurant experience in years.

Worst service ever. I placed a pick up order at 6:34pm, due to it being Valentineâs Day we understood that the pick up time would be 7:45. We arrived at 7:35 and waited for an additional hour before our food was âready.â
When we got our order in our car, everything was freezing cold. Our food had to of been ready for at least 30+ mins just sitting back there while we sat in the parking lot for an hour! The only reason they brought our food out was because my husband went to the window and told them my name. They grabbed it off the counter and handed it right to him, the text came after he got back to the car. The manager at the window seemed anything but apologetic and was making excuses to other patrons who had been there two hours+ with cold food, so we took our food home and heated it up in the oven. When we got home we noticed that parts of our order were missing (ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles on salad, extra toppings we paid extra for). Will never return to this location.

The Cactus blossom and Rattlesnake bites were really good! Especially with the sauce it comes with.
Taking a âď¸ off for the slack chicken tenders kids meal. The chicken tenders were small dried up bits of batter. I couldn't believe it. My son did not eat it. I was definitely disappointed because whoever the employee is is so rude for that. They saw those dried up bits of batter and still served it

Taking another âď¸ off for the porterhouse meal. The steak itself was cooked to perfection. I asked for it to be well done, and it was! And it was a nice big steak. But they put the majority of the steak fries directly under the steak. So I was left with soggy, greasy, sloppy steak fries. 𤢠was not appetizing. Again, whoever the employee was is rude. Because they knew what they were doing. Why would you do that to someone's food? There was enough room to place the steak fries on the side of the steak
The portion of steak fries was small anyway. There was plenty of room to put them on the side.
The filet medallions. A great dish! Steak was cooked well done and perfect.
When my husband went to the pick-up window upon grabbing the food. He said thank you, and the guy said nothing back. When someone says thank you, you say you're welcome. You say something. You acknowledge. No kind of decent customer service at that window.

Came here to eat with my family and only this time because my 6 year old loves to go there. To start off they didn't clean up on the floor around the table so the whole time we had to look at a dead coke roach that I advised the waiter and the manager about that. Now to start the waiter wasted a drink on my niece and they table and only apologized but didn't come and clean it up. I had to go get napkins myself and clean up the table. And after asking for the manager it took him about 45 minutes to show up and I mentioned that to him. He said he was tending to another table which he did say it was no excuse. I told him everything and he said ok he will get the stuff cleaned up and will fix or take care of us when we're done eating. Now after that it took about an hour to get our food that was mild warm by the way and the cock roach and other trash was still laying there on the floor. It wasn't until the last plate was being took off the tray given to us before he came to clean it up. The crazy thing is he was right in front of me at a table taking care of them the whole time laughing and joking with the customers who he was obvious giving them discount amd let them order more and better food cause they had an issue at there table also. But he neglected anyone else who needed his attention. And when leaving out he walked right past me didn't apologize again didn't ask did we need anything didn't ask would we like a discount for the terrible service. He just looked smiled and said have a nice day and that was that. Probably one of the worst days I've had there. And by saying that I'm referring to for some reason this texas roadhouse has been going downhill for sometime now. This isn't the first amd pretty sure it want be the last. It's all ways issues with waiting on your meal and customer service. Yje only reason I go because my child just love to go because of the bread and cinnamon butter and when the employees sing the birthday song, other then that i wouldn't and to the manger amd our waiter that was terrible service and terrible management, because I seen her go whisper something in his ear and he slightly cut his eyes our way and they just had a good laugh to whatever was said. So thanks for the terrible night which was my niece first experience there because just moved here. Amd thanks for the horrible service, food, and management. I can't tell nobody to not go there because it's not that way all the time just pay attention to your waiters service and your time of wait for food and the temp of your food amd most of all the management because don't get me wrong some are great on there jobs but some shouldn't even be in that position. Wasted money that I can't get back unbelievable!
