Our waitress was not welcoming and actually looked bothered that we sat in her section. We were seated at 7:54 pm. Our waters came without lemon and the waitress said she would have to cut some up. Our 2 dinners came to the table at 8:37 pm (without the ordered Worcestershire sauce), at which point I asked if we could please have our salads (I didn’t even ask about the sauce). My steak was a perfect medium-rare, however it was only cool. My baked potato wasn’t hot enough to melt the butter. My husband’s steak was overcooked and cool as was his potato. Our waitress came over to the table when we were about 10 minutes into the meal and I told her about the food not being hot and the salads never coming except when I asked if we could have them. She asked if I wanted another steak and I said no. She turned around and walked off to never return. No apologies and no manager. Not our usual experience at Texas Roadhouses.
I have never chosen to leave a zero tip, but this experience was soooo bad and the waitress did not listen fully to my complaints and/or didn’t care. No manager came over prior to or after my complaints. Unacceptable.

A bit of a wait at the door but that's because they have a lot of happy customers. Could smell the food in the parking lot. Every was great. Got the sirloin with Greenpeace and sweet potato excellent.

Ordered a frozen drink. The waitress comes to the table with the wrong drink and told us we had to pay for it even though she didn't tell me the machine has been broken. Had to speak to a manager to explain the situation before he fixed it. Next, the waitress was not attentive at all. We saw her maybe 3x the entire time and it involved her bringing us the wrong food and us having to request simple things like refills and straws. The silverware was dirty and the food was subpar. Overall, they deserve no stars.

The sirloin steak was dried out, rolls were burnt, and baked potato tasted stale. On a positive note, the waitress was good overall and was able to get the steak taken off.

I would like to take some time out of my day to appreciate how amazing Adam is. He was my server for today. He made it the best experience I have ever had at Texas Roadhouse. I really truly appreciate how hard is he working.

We decided to try their take on the blooming onion for obvious comparison. The petal are smaller, no doubt, but it isn't sitting in a puddle of grease like other ones. I honestly prefer there's. We got 2 steaks, cooked perfectly (the porterhouse is definitely worth it). The Mac and cheese is amazing...and of course, the rolls.

I go to this Texas Roadhose from time to time the food is usually pretty good. We get seated pretty quickly even if there is a wait. The service has always been on point if there us an issue they fix it well. The adult drinks are usually pretty good also.

We went tonight for dinner. All 4 of us ordered steak & potatoes. I ordered a frozen margarita. 20 minutes go by & the waiter comes back to tell me they are out of frozen margarita stuff. When our steaks come out 2 meals have no side. Both are supposed to have baked potatoes. We wait 10 minutes or so & the waiter comes back to say it'll be 10-15 minutes. He comes back again later with loaded mash potatoes saying they're to hold us over. Baked potatoes are staple of the menu but there's none at a steak restaurant. The manager comes over & we mention it & just says thanks for coming, Let me know if you need anything. 😵💫Obviously whoever orders the stuff and/or makes sure the quantity & quality is up to snuff wasn't very concerned tonight. I was not impressed.

Texas Roadhouse was great, but Harleigh deserves her own billboard. She was hilarious, fast, and somehow knew what we needed before we did. The rolls were so good I briefly considered proposing to the basket, and the steaks were perfect. If you go, ask for Harleigh she’ll turn a regular dinner into a full-blown experience.
