Our waitress Constance was super attentive, sweet, and so genuine! Her service was 1000/10! Food was amazing as well and prices are very reasonable for what you’re getting. We enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely be coming back.

The food was too expensive for the portion. An omlet should include vegetables they shouldn't be extra .75 each. And you only get one slice toast cut in half. I would not recommend it. Anything a side of pork was considered premium meat and an extra charge. The food wasn't bad though.Dietary restrictions: Not for vegetarians

We are here for a short time and wanted a good brunch spot for the weekends. We found The Brunch House on a Google search. The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating. The check in process is perfect. Mr.and Mrs.Brown (no relation) the owners, will ensure you are seated in a timely manner. From seating to paying the check the experience is FLAWLESS!! The food is delicious, flavorful and you get good helpings. Don’t leave Augusta without checking them out!! Tell them Angela and Mike Brown sent you!!!Parking: Parking is not bad always a free space on the street.

Excellent food, atmosphere and great customer service.. We always come back for
I stopped by because of the reviews. Trust and believe it was well worth the stop. Randi is amazing. She is very attentive and has a very, very pleasant and friendly personality. I was greeted at the door even though they were super busy. They made it a point to acknowledge all the customers that came in. The chefs, whew!! They worked hard and were plating the orders fast. Everything I ordered was made fresh. I had the Brunch House Benedict. It was great. The owner ensured he made rounds to see if everyone was enjoying their visit. All I saw was smiles. It is a great place to visit and enjoy some good food. I was very impressed with how smooth the crew works and the atmosphere is amazing. Thank yal so much for a wonderful breakfast that made my heart happy. Oh, I had a plain order of French toast that cured my sweet tooth. Goodness, it was so good. I love good food and good vibes!!!

Was seated immediately, but I then sat for over 15 minutes watching every waitstaff walk past me, look at me and walk by me. No one asked if I wanted coffee, water or anything. I then saw a table of three two tables over get seated and ORDERED 10 minutes after I was seated!! I left, but before leaving, I went to the hostess and told her my issue. Thought she would at least get the manager or do something?? I told her I was going to Russ’ and she had the audacity to say “okay, have a good day!” Unbelievable of the workers these days. Just don’t care about your patrons.

Based on the 4.5 star reviews, we decided to try this breakfast spot. The location on Greene Street seemed like an ok spot, but the two storefronts next to the diner were not pretty. When we walked in it definitely had a old diner feel to it. The ceiling plaster was peeling over the food prep area and there was a light fixture with broken glass over the countertop.I was still optimistic. My over easy egg was ok, slightly still runny egg white, the bacon was very crispy (which I don't mind), and the waffles seemed flattened, not big and fluffy, as I had imagined. The other platter's over easy eggs were overcooked, almost burned, the ham was chewy, and the extra $3 we spent on the french toast was a disaster. They were raw inside. We were really disappointed as the menu looked so appealing. I will check the images more carefully next time. The staff, however, was super kind, helpful, and cherry, and we really appreciated that!

The Brunch House of Augusta never disappoints. I love the friendly family oriented atmosphere. The food presentation is always on point and hot. The restaurant is clean including the restrooms. When you walk in, you will immediately hear the sound of laughter and a great variety of music. Even though I am a regular, everyone gets treated equally. Just a heads up if you plan on visiting this restaurant, it would be very wise to make a reservation which can be done online. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.
