We had a few issues with the food and service but the Manager was able to resolve and we had a pleasant Father's Day experience.

Chicken mozzarella sandwich was the best thing I've ever had from the chop house!! I will definitely be back for that. Portions were amazing for the price! Also our server was beyond amazing!!! 10/10 would come back

Service was okay and the food wasn't as good as usual. Our meals were delivered within minutes of receiving our salads. I asked for the blue cheese butter add-on for the steak and there was barely on the plate.

Food quality was much better than previous visits. The hostesses seemed kinda lost when we checked in and took a while to seat us. Bread came out hot but our server dropped it and didn't come back by til after our food was delivered. He was okay. I find the prices have gotten a bit high for the portions. The macaroni portion was a joke. My husband did like his horseradish filet.

We had a very enjoyable Easter dinner at the Chop House in Augusta. A reserved table for 2 was honored within 5-7 mins of getting to the restaurant. The waitress was very attentive, she checked back to see if we were ok, refilled tea without my husband asking. Food was prepared to our liking, it was hot when brought out. A nice dinner afternoon.

We really enjoyed The Chop House for my birthday dinner. Everything was delicious and our server Michael was awesome. We can only afford to go on special occasions due to being on a limited income.

The food was great, I had a reservation for 3 and we were seated immediately. Our server was friendly, courteous, and very attentive. Everything was perfect. Thanks for a perfect lunch celebration for my mom's birthday.
The best devil eggs I have ever had. All the food was great. And the service was exactly what it was suppose to be. He was there enough to take care of everything and gone enough to enjoy our meal without to many interruptions.

Started with shrimp cocktail - very good, nice presentation. My husband and I ordered steaks - he had the Prime Cowboy Ribeye 22 ounces. I ordered the Prime Delmonico Ribeye 16 ounces. My husband's steak was delicious- cooked perfectly, medium rare, no complaints. My ribeye on the other hand was not a Delmonico. It was not prime. Overcooked. I was really disappointed. I sent it back, but received another disappointing steak.  Manager Ms Q asked what could she do for me and I told her this is not a Delmonico steak! She said it was a Delmonico ribeye...explained to her I wasn't wanting anything free. I just wanted a good steak...sadly, we won't be back for awhile...

Look forward to coming here every year during Masters week. Really disappointing this time. Steak not cooked properly, service disorganized and poor, seating on patio rather than booth. May have to move on....
