To charge someone $21 to add on skewer of shrimp to a entree is ridiculous. I always get a add-on of shimp and have never been charge for a another meal. Hell they charge me more than what the menu is priced for shrimp entree. Normally it about $10-12. for the add-on. If they were gonna charge me for an entree I should have been at the very least offered the sides. Then the manager has the audacity to say, yeah we went up on prices 6 months ago. If that is the case your advertise prices on the menu should reflect that. Completely disappointed.

My friends and I went to the Chop House in Augusta, Georgia today to celebrate a friend's birthday. The food was delicious, our waitress, Ashley, was caring and efficient. It was an enjoyable experience, including the delicious ice cream and brownie topped by a lovely candle. We are planning to return in a few weeks for another special birthday.

The worst Valentines Day choice ever. Chophouse has totally gone down hill from what it use to be. Had a reservation at 10:30 was seated immediately. After being sat we were greeted by our server who took our drink orders which included a glass of champagne for my wife. Some time went by we got our drinks -no champagne. The waiter took our order and disappeared afterwards. Our food took a while, during this time we were not offered bread or any refills. We eventually seen the manager passing by and asked for both then which we were taken care of immediately. Then the food came out with missing sides. Our server eventually reappeared and asked if we needed anything. I requested the glass of champagne we ordered 45 min ago he glances over at the bar and stated they have closed the bar now. What a disappointment due to the fact the drink was ordered well before the bar closed. I eventually got my Mac and cheese when I was done with the rest of my meal. Got my bill and it still had the missing glass of champagne on it. This experience has changed my total outlook on this restaurant. Now it is run by teens and young adults who only want to rush to close. Food was good but service was so bad it not worth returning especially for a special occasion
