The shrimp were overcooked but they tasted ok. The service was very good and I really liked the bar.

Absolutely the nastiest craziest food I have tried to eat in a long time. And very poor quality..

We took our daughter and her friends from college out to eat. I didn't care for all of the writing on the walls but to others they might enjoy that type of thing. The waiter was nice but not particularly attentive. We ordered and our appetizers were decent but nothing to brag about. Our food was good but I had asked for garlic spicy butter and a "hot" for my choice of spiciness. I received a bland butter sauce without spices or any "heat" to it. So the waiter brought me a side of the hot mix spices they use and I added them. After which my food was a bit better. I do wish that an egg was an option in more of the choices as I had to order a side of them (3).
Overall, the kids were happy so therefore so was I.

I hot the hushpuppies, they were great. Also, the boiled shrimp with medium spicy house seasoning with red potatoes and corn on the cobb. The shrimp was very fresh and cooked perfectly, the house seasoning and sauce was amazing. Mostly butter and lots of fresh garlic, with plenty of spices. Came in boil bag, with bib and gloves and trash bin. I thought about the sauce all the next day, wanted to eat there again. My mother-in-law almost didn't go in with me. Neither of us had eaten there and the outside looks really rough. Once we got in, the wait staff was nice and everything was clean and food was very fresh and great. Maybe try this place when it's busier and you can see others eating the food and enjoying it, or try take out to try it at home. MIL got fried shrimp and said it was fine, but didn't rave about it like my daughter and I with the boiled shrimp. If this place was in a nicer location, in west Evans, with cool decor, I would pay double the cost of the meal and go very often. The food was inexpensive. The boiled shrimp with potatoes and corn was around 11 dollars on Monday afternoon. Plenty of shrimp, only two large red potatoes, and small ear of corn, so not a large meal, but lots of shrimp, 1/2 pound, I think. I'm going back there soon.

The atmosphere was great and the food was incredible. Unfortunately, the service sucked. Our server seemed like he was doing someone a favor by working and was very inattentive. I had to get a drink refill from another server. It seemed like everyone else was being checked on regularly and taken care of.

Only one of the soap dispensers in the bathroom worked, and barely.

I would give it another shot for the food.

Ordered ‘juicy special sauce’ on 80+ dollars of seafood boil today, it tasted like plain oil, like they forgot to put the spices in it. Disappointed.

First time coming here and will likely be the last. Our waitress, Maddi, rushed us on our food order, then even after I’d pointed to the item I wanted while ordering she still put me down for the wrong thing. I’d ordered a meal with two bundles of crab legs and she put me in for the build your own which comes with one bundle and one potato and corn. No big deal, I’d politely explained that I hadn’t ordered from build your own and instead of fixing my order, she just charged us for the second bundle and “fixed it” by applying a military discount. My family is military, that discount covered the difference between what she charged and what my food should have cost so we weren’t allowed to get the actual discount. Not to mention, she never checked on us. We were there for over an hour and had to ask different servers for help when we needed something, then ended up having to ask the hostess for our ticket. I wanted to have the situation fixed in store but my brother was the one paying and just wanted to leave so I’m writing the review instead. I’m not the type to call the store to ask for a manager so hopefully they see this review but if your waitress is Maddi with a bob cut and glasses, I’d politely request a different server or be prepared to wait.

My husband and I LOVE The Juicy Crab! This place has the best happy hour in the CSRA. We absolutely love the staff too. They are the best hands down. The food is always DELICIOUS, hot and served fast. The waitstaff is next level attentive. Do yourself a favor and come check this place out! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Food is good, service was okay. Our waitress only tended to us to take our order and bring us our food and ticket.
