I love the couple that run this establishment. You can tell by the taste of the products that they pour their love into it. They serve drinks, waffles, smoothies and oatmeal. This is definitely the place to visit when working on your weight management and wanting to live a healthier lifestyle.
Their loaded teas are absolutely refreshing and packed with flavor—perfect for a boost of energy without the crash. The protein shake I tried was delicious, creamy, and super satisfying. You can tell they put care into every drink. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the vibe of the place made it even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for healthy, tasty options!
First time visiting and will definitely return. The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. I like that the smoothies are not milk based, as I have dairy restrictions. I got the blueberry protein bowl, an energizing tea and a protein bar. The bowl was very filling and it was delicious. Very excited about continuing to come to this place.
