Food was good. Can't beat the service. The best service I've had. We had a party of 8 and everyone loved the appetizers, sushi, and hibachi plates we ordered.

The hibachi was burnt, and the fried rice didn't have any egg or vegetables in it and was way too salty.

I ordered take out and asked for an extra sauce. When I asked about it I was told it was in the bag. It comes with 2 sauces which was in the bag BUT an extra sauce would mean there are 3 sauces.
Initially gave me an amount for the extra sauce and then suddenly increased the price because I called her out on her mistake. Price gouging is what that is.
If you’re unsure, ask to clarify how many sauces instead of providing horrible service.

Descent sushi.
For the time we went there were only two tables in our section and we already knew what we wanted and it was basic menu items so easy and to the point. After ordering it took 35 minutes to receive our food. We saw the waitress walking around but doing what we don’t know. It was the first time we had seen this new waitress. We had to track her down for refills and for the bill. Funny so did the table beside us. As we left the people from the table said hey how was it and we basically reiterated what was just written and they said they felt exactly the same and had to wait even longer. They had been coming for years and said this was this worst experience to include the food and they were getting in the car to go get food elsewhere. Definitely was an off day, but I’ve had good experiences in the past so I won’t go too hard. I have 4 stars for atmosphere because I brushed against some of their fake plants by the food tables and a cloud of dust came with it. I looked at the plants and they were caked in dust & grime. I also think someone used vegetable oil instead of water to mop the floors. Had to brace myself to stand up and pee it was so slippery. Hope the next visit is better.

Menu says pan fried gyoza, was served deep fried. Disappointed in that sole aspect. Every thing else was great. Teriyaki chicken was tasty enough to do a lil happy dance

The server was very friendly and on top of everything. The selection was vast and the food was awesome! The portions were huge and satisfying. Definitely coming back.
Dietary restrictions: My wife has a dairy allergy and she had no problem finding options, and the server was very careful to make sure any options she chose were actually compatible. Very good experience for my wife. That is very far and few between in the Augusta eating scene.

I ordered a shrimp bento box and a steak bento box for lunch to-go. Requested medium for the steak and it was well done. 7 tiny shrimp for my bento box. No soy sauce in the bag. Soup was unbelievably salty and everything was lukewarm. Called to provide feedback about the abysmal shrimp portion and was simply told "that's our portion size." Cool, thanks. What a waste of $34.
