Reserved a bay for my son’s birthday and it was the worst bay ever especially for kids. If you come here never get bay 136! For someone who reserved days ahead and paid a deposit you’d think we would be placed at a better bay. Never coming to this location.

This was our first time to a TopGolf that was only one level. We made reservations in advance through the app. Our bay was ready when we got there. Playing on ground level is a little different than playing on the two story ones. My main complaint would be that guests are given straws for their drinks but there are no trash receptacles at each bay. There were straw wrappers flying all over the putting areas and the green. There were no additional Tags besides the “play” tv which made watching football hard as we had hoped to watch a football game at the same time. The service was great as was the food. Our attendant was friendly and fast and made great food suggestions. This place is definitely a good way to spend a few hours of fun!!

We had a reservation but still waited for 25 minutes, our bay broke for ten minutes and lost that time to play, without getting any money back, the fan was broken and there were ants everywhere.

Sat in Top Golf over 2 hours waiting on a tee. Spent a lot of money on food and drinks only to find out they never input us in the system. At that point we’re going to have to start the wait back over so we left. It was a very disappointing experience.

Came from Gulf shores Alabama all the way to bring my teen boys to play top golf the waitress was Maddy and she was on point the whole time and I also talk to Logan he was a delight we will come back through again over the holidays I would tell anyone who wants great service and good food and great golf this location is on point 🏌️

Everything is great, but the kids who can sign up for a bay, might be 16. Doing dumb stuff for tik tok, very aggravating as they go into other bays. Still, new games were fun, price is better now.

This place is generally good and fun to go and practice. I went there a lot since I live really close.
But today's visit was very disappointing. First, when I arrived there was no one at the front desk and staff were walking around but no one actually seemed to care. Finally a staff member came to the front desk and said walk-ins would need about a 30 minute wait. Since I only had about an hour I had to leave. But when I left I saw that basically most of the bays were empty (as in the picture), so I'm not sure what happened but this made it even worse.
Hope someone can explain this to me.

My sweet autistic son Tradd had an unforgettable time at Topgolf. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The food was excellent, but what truly stood out was the atmosphere — it was joyful, safe, and full of energy. Watching Tradd smile and laugh while hitting golf balls into the glowing targets was one of those moments a parent never forgets. It was more than just an outing, it was a memory we will treasure. Thank you, Topgolf, for giving him such a special day.

A fun time as always but the place has become more grubby, less clean than before. Service was very slow. To the point where I was wondering if they were delaying the food to get us to buy another round of drinks. The food was not that great I remember it being much better. Definitely needs to be much cleaner much better service and higher quality food for the price for paying. It is the only game in town so I guess they can do whatever they want.

Service at the bays by waitstaff is absolutely terrible. All managers were very friendly and introduced themselves when we arrived. We were disappointed as we are lifetime members and have been to many locations that this location doesn’t have multiple levels. Our waitress took forever to take our orders and never came back to check on us, so we had to ask food runners for additional drinks. When she finally came back we had 3 minutes left and she handed us the bill. Not sure we’d return to this location. Corporate should invest more money into this location I mean after all… This is AUGUSTA Georgia home of Augusta National… What a disappointment.
