The older male bartender was incredibly rude! He initially ignored us, forcing us to get his attention just to order a drink. When we wanted to place a food order, he was being sarcastic and rude about it. So, we decided to cancel our order.

We visited Top Golf around noon, and it was packed, but there was no issue finding parking. We reserved a two hour session ahead of time though, and our spot was already available, so there was no issue with space. We had a pretty great time overall. The staff were very friendly, the manager came over to personally greet us and make sure we were being treated well. The drinks and food we ordered were pretty good too, nothing too special though. $100 for a 2 hour session with up to 6 people is a pretty good price. It’s only one story though, just an interesting thing since most others I’ve visited were a two story location. We had a good time, and we’d definitely come here again.

After a questionable experience at TG Greenville, we decided to give TG Augusta a try on our way home. Unfortunately, for the second time in 24 hours, the staff acted as if customers didn’t matter. The young lady today didn’t say a single word until I initiated the conversation with, “Good morning, how are you?” All I got back was a quiet “morning.” If you don’t want to engage with customers, it may be time to find another job.
Overall, we still enjoyed our time today, but TG corporate really needs to fine‑tune their customer service training and talking points for when guests arrive.

Normally the food is amazing. Tuesday night it was ridiculous. Paid $12 for nachos and the plate barely fed 2 people. The cheese sandwich appetizer only had 4 small sandwiches but picture showed more. (Have pictures for proof). Took 25 mins to get our first drinks (after we ordered) then after 40 mins had to find our waiter to see if we could order food. Was told they were out of many items we ordered and the waiter said they didn’t have a lot of food items.

This was hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
We were already charged $230 upfront just to play. Then a man who claimed he was a manager came over and admitted they messed up. He told us he would move us to another bay and give us an extra hour for free to make it right. We agreed based on what he told us.
Fast forward to when we’re ready to leave — suddenly a different manager shows up and says the first guy wasn’t actually allowed to do that, claims he left because he knew he messed up, and then tells us we still had to pay. On top of the $230 we already paid, we were charged almost another $100.
Then we were told that the first guy “never said that,” basically calling us liars — even though multiple people heard the same thing. So either your staff is completely untrained, or management is comfortable lying to customers and backtracking later.
This place is overpriced, disorganized, and shady. If you enjoy being misled, overcharged, and blamed for their mistakes, this is the place for you. We will never be coming back, and I strongly recommend others think twice.
Also my math wasn’t mathing we ended up paying $555 including the first time when we paid a $40 tip won’t happen again. also, there was a server there for our first day. She was completely on our side and told them what he said, but her manager did not listen to her and to us.

Customers shouldn’t be punished because staff doesn’t communicate or follow their own policies. This felt dishonest, disorganized, and extremely frustrating. For the amount of money they charge, the service should be WAY better. Definitely won’t be back.

Do not come here unless you want to be robbed. It took an hour to get a pitcher and when a second was ordered it did not come out until our time was up. They charged us for the pitcher and when we said we would just leave without it if it would be taken off the bill (because we never received it) they offered to give us an extended time instead. After that time the CHARGED us for the extended time and the pitcher. We were robbed. Shady business practices. They will charge you for goods and services they do not provided.
we came here for fathers day with my cousin and his Brother this was my 1st time coming here we are doing my Birthday here this coming Saturday

Had a great time, got greeted as soon as we walked in!! Service was great and the waitress made sure to check on us and even turned the fan on me cause I got hot, lol!! But its definitely a great vibe with friends and family or date night

Great facility, staff was professional and courteous. This site doesn’t have the multi floor decks, but like the manager said, it has a lot of personality. I would recommend to a friend to stop by.

We like Top Golf in general and have been to many locations around the U.S. Augusta holds up to that standard. The staff are kind, the food is good, and the games are always fun. The different games allow for competitiveness at any skill level, so it's fun, not just frustrating, challenging but attainable. Try the appetizer sampler, it's pretty good. We always have fun and have spent many holidays and special occasions here. I hope they will expand and add levels because that's the only thing missing.

It was my birthday 11/18/2025 and I got treated like absolute garbage. We got to top off at 10:03 Madelyn proceeded to sit us with an attitude already told us “last call is at 11 so if yall want anything you can’t get it after ” I’m a bartender I’ve never in my 2 years of server have I ever sat someone and demanded them to put their orders in immediately!! I overlooked it in hopes to have a good time for my birthday … by this time it’s 10:15 and I’m trying to get a few birthday shots and she didn’t return for well over 30 mins at 10:50 I finally seen her walked in by the bar (which I shouldn’t have had to do) and walked up to her and asked her for the shots she rolled her eyes at me and told me she needed to come to the table and check our ids if she would have returned before then this wouldn’t have happened
