I got the mocha madness smoothie. 75% of it was ice. The smoothie tasted nothing like mocha or coffee. The menu says it has nonfat yogurt, but they used regular milk and a TON of ice. Not happy at all. Do not recommend. $7 for a super large cup of ice, no thank you.

The customer service here is HORRIBLE! I mean it’s 10 am! Why is everyone so mad. You walk in they don’t greet you. You get to the register and they stare at you like you’re in the wrong place. No one wants to spend money at an establishment and get this type of treatment. Find people who actually want to serve! These are job holders just getting a paycheck! And the jerk chicken wrap was a 1/10 .

I was hoping to be able to try this establishment for the first time, but I walked in I was looked at and not greeted. As I stood front of the glass trying to figure out what I wanted, two employees had a conversation. So me thinking I wasn’t in the right place to order I moved to the register. They still continued to talk as if I wasn’t even there. I walked out. I know closed mouths don’t get fed, but I shouldn’t have to say I need to order. Be prompt and on top of the customer needs before they are needed. I felt like a ghost so I guess I won’t this place no time soon.

We order a simple American wrap with clear instructions for No bacon, Add turkey. Instead we get a wrap with bacon and no chips with the order and when we returned the sandwich, there was no acknowledgement, apology or consideration from the workers for the mistake, even after initially leaving a 25% tip. They did redo the sandwich but they just handed it to me and said nothing. Got back to the car and realized they forgot the BBQ chips we ordered as well but at that point I no longer cared and left. Based on this horrible experience, we have no plans to return to this Cafe.

It’s pretty good but I do prefer smoothie king over here. The wait time here can be long and the staff aren’t as welcoming or as friendly. The cleanliness was questionable one day and I started going to smoothie king. Stopped in again out of convenience and still feel the same. Can’t speak for all locations but this one has a little room for improvement. Great concept though! Love the branding.
