Your Little Rd location in Arlington, TX is great. Will be a regular, as I’m in the area at least 3 days a week. Would’ve been a regular in Mansfield as that’s where I live, but, they seemed to not want to be bothered. No greeting when I walked in. The young lady went to make another smoothie, but didn’t say anything to me, and there was no one else in the store. The guy in the cowboy hat was within my view, I’m pretty sure he saw me standing there waiting too, but he continued his conversation with someone in the back.

Ordered online a smoothie and a side of sweet potatoes at 2:31 got there at 2:41 waited in line for 30 mins! -Marion , IA location

I'm glad there is a TSC here in Defiance, Ohio!! I just want you to know that the smoothie I got last Sunday had BIG chunks of food in the bottom. I would appreciate it if your employees would make sure they are blending them well enough.

I order from here often, like once or twice a week. I placed a pick up order at 12:09pm, promised prepared time 12:19pm. My food is always ready before I get there. Today I walked in behind a travel basketball team and stood at the pick up counter. All the boys ordered their food, were served, ate their food and left BEFORE MY SMOOTHIE WAS EVEN MADE. My meal sat on the counter for 20 minutes before someone realized it was mine. I was told twice they they're working on my order. I grew extremely impatient as I watched FIVE pick up orders get their food before mine. It was 12:49pm by the time I was handed my ONE SMOOTHIE. I understand they're busy..but when there is lack of follow through in completing an order with employees..it shows.

Their wraps and their smoothies are so fresh. They are delicious. I definitely recommend.

Food was mediocre, delivery forgot all drinks and refused to redeliver. Last time doing business with this company. Founder of Tropical Smoothie was by Brother In-laws best friend in high school.

A fast and casual place where you can get a delicious smoothie and a good bite to eat without any hassle or waiting in a long line. Fresh to order food you cant beat it….. prepped ingredients fresh every day😀

Refuses to fix phone been 3 weeks such an inconvenience. From my orders alone you can afford a phone

Although this store is nice and clean. The customer service is terrible and my food wasn’t fixed right and when I tried to call back the person that answered the phone act like they couldn’t hear me I called from multiple numbers I would not suggest going to this tropical smoothie.

We LOVE this place! The food is fresh and delicious and the customer service is top notch!! It’s also super affordable!

The food and the smoothie there is old it made me sick twice in a row some of the fruits have mold on them I do not recommend coming to this location unless you want to get sick
