Tropical smoothie has hands down some of the worst breakfast I've ever had. Pretty bad considering fast food breakfast tastes better than here. Also prices here are out of control.

Speaking with your customer service representatives has been a nightmare..the supervisor Terri wright is very unprofessional and will not provide me information to receive my refund for a product I never received. I am going to make sure I share this experience on all platforms and with friends and family. You guys do not care about your customers. There has been no resolution provided no offer of compensation no straight answer given to what can be done. It’s really insane to go through this behind some freaking smoothies! I am very displeased with how this is being handled between you and DoorDash whom you’ve chosen to use for deliveries in my area.

Not a fan of the new menu at the Conway Arkansas store. Won’t be going there.

Wish I could have an açaí bowl every day for breakfast, they’re always fresh and literally make them so fast that allows me to get to work on time ! Staff is friendly and nice

I just went to this location at 3 and was so pleased with the wonderful service! The girl who took my order, as well as the girl who brought my order to me , were both incredibly pleasant!
I got my order quickly, it was correct even with several modifications, which means I’ll definitely be back!

I noticed that going before 3pm is a big difference at this location !
First shift is always a hit with my bowl I'm pretty sure you can tell which bowl is first shift and second shift..I'll rather drive to Evans location or Robert c Daniel because second shift just throws everything Together even when it comes to the food. I asked for extra granola and honey and i don't see the honey at all in the bowl i got today and the granola was just there on one side and i feel like that not extra granola but the food is great i personally will no longer be going To this location in the evening time but WHOEVER IS ON FIRST SHIFT NEEDS A RAISE !!! ?

Best location in Augusta by far! Smoothies made perfect every time and much friendlier staff than the other locations, likely because this location is not owned by the same owners as the other 3 locations in Augusta— they make their staff miserable. Not at this location! Only reason rating the atmosphere a 3/5 is because the music was not kid-friendly and I had a 3 yo with me.

Great Customer Service! Please don't ever change! We pass Robert C Daniel to come to this one all because they are nice and welcoming. Don't be like Robert C Daniel, everyone there is rude,mean and mad! Thank you for having the BEST customer service. I even saw the coworkers hug when they opened up this morning!!! Love it!

Tried out the new tropical smoothie on Washington by Kroger that is near the masters, and had a pleasant experience. Got the mocha madness with is a chocolate and coffee smoothie blend that doubles as something to keep you both energized and filled as it contains both yogurt and caffeine from the coffee. Smoothie was good and the staff was friendly and drink made in less than a minute. Great spot for light refreshments.

Went here on their opening day and was greeted by the nicest staff ever! They were all smiles the whole time and got my order out super quickly. Not to mention the smoothie was delicious!
