My first visit. Probably my last. Had a burger. Tasted like a burger from 7-11

The outside at the entrance before we went in was not what we thought itnwould be when we went inside. What a nice surprise and It was so cool looking inside and the food was amazing! I will go again when im in town!

Very good burger. If I have to be in Augusta again, I would go back. It was great to find with not much being open for lunch on Mondays.

We love to go on Fridays because they have the best lobster bisque. So that is our special day to go there. They have a huge menu. Anything from me appetizer to a full meal. It's a landmark for Augusta.

I had lunch at Village Deli today, have not eaten here in years, same great music, same great food , and Katie was exceptional customer service. She made my visit worthwhile and people like her make the world a better place.Thanks Katie for making my day! Also did not get the hostess's name but she was exceptional also.

Have loved this place for years and grew up coming here.. moving back into town and coming here again has just been disappointing.. they are only nice if you are a regular and the food has gone down hill. The fries suck, the Reuben was so tough you couldn’t eat it, and steak raw. The bar staff act like it’s an inconvenience to serve you which I’m pretty sure is the owner.. another Augusta place going to shit

If I was in the wrong or unknowingly went against the policy, I have no problem acknowledging that and sincerely apologize. I was unaware of the sign at the time, and if I misinterpreted anything going on around me, I truly regret that. My intention was never to create a scene or break any rules.

I understand how important it is to maintain a comfortable atmosphere for all guests, especially in a smaller, close-quartered area like the bar. I only shared my experience because, in that moment, I felt uncomfortable and wanted to express how it came across from my point of view — but I also realize things are not always as they seem.

Thank you again for addressing it so promptly. I do appreciate the hospitality and hope to give Village Deli another chance during my time here in Augusta.

All of it was a disappointment. I haven't been there in a while. We each got something different. It was all cold and no flavor. I hate that for Village Deli.
