Server didn’t bring drinks until a few minutes after food was brought. It was my fiancé myself and our daughter. He brought the adults food and not the kid’s, then brought 5 mins later brought her my waffle. Her waffle had burnt, and didn’t even start remaking it until another 5 minutes had passed and I asked about it again. I found a beard hair in my food. My fiancée had to ask for a tea refill, then the server asked if he wanted more ice when his cup was completely empty. It wasn’t even busy. There was only 1 other table eating when we walked in, then the table that sat after us waited 10 minutes to even order drinks.

I order breakfast online for my husband and drop it off at his work in the morning. I ordered double hash brown with gravy, eggs, sausage and toast. I took it to my husband and there was no gravy. Which is his favorite part of the meal. Was disappointed he ate a meal that was not properly prepared.

Friendly quick and very tasteful definitely recommend
We cannot even enjoy coming here anymore due to an extremely loud waitress behind the counter. Her voice sounds like she's on a loud speaker laughing or when mad shouting angrily until all we want to do is leave. It's a shame when you pay to go enjoy a nice meal and this happens. She had been there for months. I cannot believe she is still working there. She needs to tone it down.
Phyllis is the best part of going to this Waffle House. She is always a bit of sunshine on a cloudy day. Food is decent and she will make sure it is done right.
Stopped by to get some food during a road trip, there's like 6? Maybe 7 people working. 2 people sitting down, and we were ignored for a long while. They acknowledged the people that came in with us but didn't even say "hello, I'll be right with you". No drinks, no forks, nothing. Didn't clear off a table for a while either. This location may be good on other days, but as of today, 12/1/24, absolutely not.

Feels like everytime I go they purposely don’t clean the tables and then when they clean the tables, you’re waiting on the rest of your order with uncooked hashbrowns and non-refilled drinks. I’m not going here anymore because the one 5 minutes away on Peach Orchard is better quality and the hashbrowns are crispier. They actually care about their customers. I didn’t think I’d have to review a Waffle House so poorly, but it’s that bad. The management there needs to reevaluate their servers and cooks and hold them to a better standard which shouldn’t be asking much
