I tipped them because i wouldn't want to work while a lot of folks are home for the holidays. Unfortunately i still got burnt bacon for my kids waffle and bacon como. It was not busy. I didn't notice till we sat and ate while at another restaurant. Conversations among what Im assuming an employeer off duty with family or an employees family present with waitresses and cook. Maybe a little distracted or its the quality of bacon but it was unpleasant to eat. The waffle looked good im glad my son was full with that but I know he was disappointed how burnt his bacon was. I couldn't even eat it and I like my bacon done a little more than other folks. I'll try sausage next time.

I will never eat at this waffle House agai food was extremely greasy cook had attitude waitress act like they had better things to do than wait on a customer I asked for some extra Heinz 57 and was told they were out completely I find that very hard to believe I have never been told that before the waffle House very first time this has happened needs to say I will not be going back to this one

I was just in this store…. The girl working behind the counter is telling customers they can’t dine in because she doesn’t have time to clean any tables and customers are walking out, a young mad asked her if he could clear off some tables and she said “No because I don’t want anyone to come in and sit down. I travel for work out this way every week and I will never stop at this location again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

First time at a Waffle House and my expectations were blown out of the water. Our amazing waitress Tabitha and staff welcomed us in and took great care with friendly, punctual, professional service. Service was prompt, and the eggs, hash browns, and waffle were cooked perfectly. Clean facility with diligent work. An incredible value. Can't believe it took this long to experience it!
My family and I were just served molded bread and bacon. I spent the next 15min in the bathroom throwing up. Only the server apologized. There was no accountability or leadership. When I asked the cook to explain himself he said he was covering from another store and it was the shippers fault. I’ll be filing a complaint with the health inspector and god forbid if my children get sick.

My server was great. She greeted me when I walked in the door as soon as I sat down. I got my coffee. I had my food in less than 10 minutes. She was nice to me and she didn't keep asking me if I was okay if I needed anything. She left me alone. She was a great server. Thank you very much.

From time of arrival to leaving I was never greeted. And when was trying to place an order I push back to allow others to go before me which was unacceptable. Lucky I’m only visiting this area and have to travel further for food since I’m an invincible to this Waffle House. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m of color but I hope not. But don’t recommend for people who is not from the area
