The order taker was very dismissive after she rushed my order, and I acknowledged to her that I was not done. I did appreciate her position after I said to her that I wasn't done. Assuming that I was ordering for myself. Her defense was that she asked me if that was it. Well, she didn't or I didn't hear her. The point is, there was no need for the back and forth and them walking away disrespectful. I wish I had received her name. She's white with bad face skin.

We’ve been going to this location for a long time. Last visit, the server forgot to call out our order for 30 minutes. No biggie. We returned a couple weeks later and Bella was rude and disrespectful to us and to the others in the restaurant. Throwing stuff around. I guess she was upset because we sat in her section. She didn’t even speak until we were walking out (due to no service). We went to the other Waffle House down the road and Marc took really good care of us and we had a great experience!

I rarely give 5* to anyone, but this was the cleanest/best customer service/food served hot as expected - location I've experienced in quite some time. The Clearwater, SC location (nearest to my home in Beech Island, SC) should model themselves after Jimmy Dyess Pkwy. They're always nasty, seems adequately staffed but slow to clean anything "AND" their waffles are forever undercooked/too much white & doughy/never golden brown. Great job, Augusta!

I was treated poorly but a young woman that took my to go order, which was a cheese burger. Then I paid the bill $9.31 With a $20 bill, was asked if I wanted my change, I said yes, she gave me $0.69. I then told her I paid with a 20, she honestly couldn't remember, I said look at the camera, said I can't, and gave me correct change, but was rude. Then my meal was a plain burger with for 9.31. This may mot have been as much of an issue, if the music wasn't so loud, and you could communicate. And the server didn't seem to be on something not preoccupied.

This one surprised me. The area led me to believe it may be ghetto but it’s quite the opposite. The staff are welcoming and Savana took my order right away. Bryan made it rather quickly but with so much effort that I knew it would be delicious!I watched a server (sequoya) tend to a special needs individual in a way that made my soul smile! {he even did a dance for her}.I highly recommend this Waffle House if you are up late in the area. You won’t be disappointed!

I ordered bacon cheese burger with hash browns add cheese and chili. I get back to my hotel room and no bacon on burger and nothing added to hash browns. When I ordered my server asked and double checked so I know she heard me but she said let me go find my cook. I left out to take care of a couple things at my truck come back in and the cook is bragging how good he is and everyone else doesn't do what they are supposed to but I was charged for everything I asked for didn't receive any of it and paid $1.15 to and $1.15 to go supplies. I was going there tomorrow morning for breakfast but not now.
