Your basic Waffle House with decent food but the service was excellent. The waitress kept up with our table as far as making sure drinks were always full and asking if we needed anything additional. Most places you have to waive the server down to get anything or even acknowledge you're there, this waitress was on top of her game and it was a very good experience

I placed order online and went to the pick up window since the door was locked. The employees looked at me but no one greeted me. After 5 minutes I finally received food
My friend and I went to have lunch at this particular establishment. The cook name was Trell and we had the waitress Heather. Heather was nice. I ordered chicken sandwich. And she ordered chicken sandwich and hash brown. Our chicken sandwiches was not done all the way. The thick parts was very rubbery. We sent it back the first time. Trell just threw it on the grill and did not tend to it. Heather brought it back to us. My friend chicken still was not how she wished it to be. Upon leaving Heather did state she was sorry and she tried to get him to cook it right but he wouldn't. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place when that grill cook Trell is working. They are very loud and very unprofessional.

My boyfriend went to pickup takeout for the two of us. And in his meal they forgot an egg, the waffle and did not toast his bread. Then when I tried calling, no one would pick up the phone. Horrible, would definitely visit different locations if choosing to go to the company again in the future.
