You know, it's Waffle House... Pretty much the same everywhere, but the food is basic, good, and filling. The service is generally good and the staff friendly.

For a new restaurant it was the worst experience. The one on Columbia Rd. That just opened a couple mos. Ago. The waiter was rude, didn't have a clue on service or manners. Had waffles..no taste an served when most of our party was almost finished eating and only asking another waitress about getting the waffles. Offered us refill on coffee as he gave us the check on leaving!!! I will never eat there again nor any of the rest of our party of 6.

No customer service. Literally you have to beg someone to come help you. They say they will be there in a minute. And take 10 to show. All while they sit there an congregate by the grill, doing nothing. Definitely sticking with S Belair Rd even though its farther away.

The team here at this WH is great! They are always friendly and take care of you. This location is new but it is still clean. It is easy to get in and get out as well. We come across town to be served by this team! Thanks guys for showing that the WH is still worth it!

If I could give zero stars I would. The two “young” men and “young” woman working tonight (10/29/25) (Payton) provided service that was not acceptable. The young lady wanted to talk to the guys while people walked in, ignored them when they sat, and had a gentleman completely walk out without paying due to no one paying attention. The two young men wanted to argue while customers were in the restaurant instead of taking it to the back room. My waffle sat in the cooker for a long period of time and the red head young man had to remake it cause the female would not. I don’t like my food cold so I asked for my plate to be cooked again. The female wanted to argue with me which is a no go. If my foods cold remake it. Period!

This was the worst Waffle House experience. This was our first time trying this location. I should have stuck with the bel air rd location. First, we didn’t get our drinks till the food came. Secondly, I ordered a patty melt to go and received a burger. Luckily he took it back and fixed it. Third, I asked for a sausage egg and cheese sandwich and got bacon which was so underdone. Lastly, I ordered a waffle for the table and never received it. It was on the ticket and I had to ask for it to be removed since it never showed up. I don’t know if that server was having an off day…. But wow. That service was trash. I’ve never wanted to hurry up and leave a restaurant so badly before.
