Had breakfast with my daughter this morning and really enjoyed our experience with Peyton. I watched her patiently take care of an older couple sitting next to us at the bar. The gentleman sent his “over medium” eggs back three different times before he was finally satisfied. What he doesn’t seem to realize is that the issue wasn’t the Waffle House team—it was his order.
