Nyalise has no urgency at all. I placed an online order but my food was not ready. When it was ready she took her sweet time getting my food. She needs to be trained on customer service and multi tasking.

I’ve been coming here for years ! It feels like the service and food are steadily declining… workers outside smoking weed , cooks taking their time to come in from smoke breaks and servers too busy laughing and playing around saying they need a smoke break . Pleaseeee bring back the old managers and Kia and Veronica, old cooks Greg and Sam and severs Leelee and Ley !!

“I didn’t bring home the bacon” due to them forgetting to put bacon in the empty spot of my to-go order and the grits were half soft / half hard. It wasn’t an “all-star” breakfast, it was a “one-star.”

Last week, after a disappointing breakfast at our hotel, my colleague and I decided to try the Waffle House on Washington Rd. Right from the start, the staff was friendly and welcoming. We chose to sit at the bar, where we could see the cook skillfully managing multiple orders. The menu, though simple, offered exactly what we wanted. I opted for the TWO EGG BREAKFAST, sunny side up, accompanied by a rib-eye steak and iced tea. The meal was thoroughly satisfying, and the bustling yet efficient atmosphere added to the experience. I would happily visit again and recommend it to anyone looking for a solid breakfast spot.

Overall, the food was amazing but I couldn't enjoy myself for real because my server Stacy had a terrible attitude which made it feel unwelcoming and it affected the service I received.
