Unfortunately, I did not have my phone to take photos…..🤨 The waitress was inattentive and did not listen as we ordered our food so it was incorrect when the food arrived. She argued when we pointed out our food was wrong, but then finally reordered the incorrect items - rolling her eyes as she did so. The cook area was really dirty and it was obvious that nobody knew which orders were for which customer - as they kept taking food to customers and asking” is this your order?”…🙄 My waffle was delivered almost 15 minutes prior to any other food and was not cooked as i requested… was gummy and chewy in the middle. Finally eggs& grits came - eggs were not cooked as ordered either and were mostly inedible due to raw egg whites. Grits were the best thing i got. Another 10 minutes for undercooked mostly inedible bacon which was very undercooked. By that time everything was cold anyway. What a waste of time and money!!! I tried to complain nicely but since she just argued and clearly didn’t care…. I just sat and picked over my food for the sake of my meal partner and not to ruin our time together! …….. Needless to say , I left quite hungry with food mostly untouched and inedible. Much to my disagreement, the person i was with felt sympathy for the inattentive waitress , leaving her nearly 50% tip.

Watched a waitress named Megan with a pink hat get mad at a customer because he said he got sausage instead of bacon.
Absolute nightmare..
Drive down the road and go to another one….
All employees were arguing and getting wild. Megan kept yelling at people and being horrific. She was especially mean and terrible to A nice lady named Cathy.
Just watched another guy… 15 min at the bar… still does not have a drink.

I am a consultant that has traveled two more than 35 States and this is the cleanest, friendly, and good prompt food. My servers Tabby and Cat was also excellent. Hats off to the whole team including management it takes a good team to function this well.

They were having issues with cooks I guess. It took well over an hour to get part of my order. Even when I got food, it was a mix of hot and cold items. None were meant to be cold. While the servers seemed to be happy just looking upset at the cooks. Maybe WH doesn’t allow such, but in a busy Sunday morning a team effort could have helped a lot . I should have left when I realized they weren’t functioning well.
The food and service were good, 6:45 a.m., no customers except me, two employees went out front to smoke right by the front door, cigarette smoke flowed back inside when they returned. Employees need to smoke out back not at the front door. Not a good atmosphere, will not return to this location.
