I just had the worst experience of my life. I placed the order For an All-Star at 3 o’clock in the morning and didn’t receive my food until 4:30 AM and it was still wrong and cold. I ordered an all star with eggs fried over medium, wheat toast, and double hash. I revived single hash with no toppings, my eggs were over cooked and I got white toast after waiting an hour and a half. My order hadn’t even been called well after the time it was supposed to be ready. I ordered my food online and paid in advance, so I was held hostage for over an hour. I requested a refund multiple times and was ensured my food was “almost done” for over and hour. This new ordering system is horrible and the service was subpar at best

As usual the restaurant had grease and oil buildup all in the kitchen, noticed when I ordered hamburger and the chicken sandwich they were both frozen not even thawed out. Paid almost $40 including a four dollar tip for one hamburger two chicken sandwiches and three drinks. The food was terrible.

Food is always good from WH. This time at this specific WH was mediocre. We were the 3rd table there but other two were finishing up. So when we ate we were the only table there. My food was made and served with none of the toppings I asked for and I had to ask after all of our food was served for my cheese grits. Again, food was delicious but service was mediocre. Waitress was very kind and seemed like she really did her best , just forgot a few things. All around decent WH.

This Waffle House is on point!! OMG they were all nice, it was clean and the Delmonico Steak Meal my fiance and I got was so dang Delicious! We went back again like two weeks later and ate it again and the staff was still nice, the place was still clean and the Delmonico Steak meal was friggin amazing.

We walked in and were not greeted which really didn't bother us. We sat down at a table it was dirty and the other one that was empty was also dirty. We then watched two waitresses walk outside and one came back in got her stuff and left and the other waitress never acknowledged us that was in the store so we left when we were getting in our car the other waitress that had walked out with the first one ask us are y'all not staying to eat? No we're not because that was just unacceptable
