I sat at the table for 40 minutes and no one even spoke to me I'm not use to this location but I see that is a problem the only black customer and ppl came in after me and got waited in seconds while I waited for 30 minutes u can pull cameras because I am on them this is a shame that I have to take this kind of disrespect

The over all staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Three of the females were holding the restaurant down. Ms. Faye, Ms. Brittani, and last but not least Ms. Chansey on the grill. Our waitress was Ms. Faye and did an amazing job. Ms. Chansey was very well detail orientated very well connected with what she was doing and with cooking cleaning as she went along . I've been to alot of Waffle Houses and when I tell you i haven't seen one running like an well oil machine. All Waffle Houses should model 3134 Peach Orchard Rd 624.It's very refreshing to someone in the restaurant business take so much pride in what she does well deserved of 10 stars. Idon't mind coming here and spending money cause I know its a very clean establishment.

Almost everything was good however they gave out spoiled milk which was absolutely terrible.
At approximately 10:07 p.m. I placed the order for myself and two other people at approximately 10:11 The food was done well. Not so done the sausages on my plate as well as the second plate was pink in the middle throughout. The cook stated that the food was all the way done and that the color was not going to change anymore and that she does not serve undercooked food. I'm old enough to know that that's not true cook had a little of an attitude so I did not eat the food. Instead I ate the grits. They were a little lumpy but I ate them as I was in there eating away at The lumpy grits the cook resumed her position as she was when we walked in watching her show.

I am extremely disappointed with my visit to Waffle House on Peach Orchard Road. The entire facility was filthy — dirty floors, nasty tables, and nothing appeared to be wiped down, even behind the counter where they cook. It was honestly unsettling.
The food was brought to our table cold, and to make matters worse, the order was incorrect. As we sat trying to eat our already unappetizing meal, employees were changing trash cans right next to us, which was both unsanitary and unprofessional.
Everything about this experience was unacceptable. From the cleanliness of the restaurant to the quality and accuracy of the food, it was just a nasty visit all around. Waffle House needs to seriously reevaluate the standards at this location. I won’t be returning.

So I had a bad experience with the cook at this location for NOTHING. I placed a to-go order for my husband and I, each came with a blueberry 🫐 waffle 🧇. Pictured below is what they looked like. So JOKINGLY, I asked my waitress, “What, yall ran outta batter or something? 🤣” While we laughed, the COOK makes the smart remark, “You could have just asked me to remake them 🙄 I made them.” So me being me, I said, “Why would I ask you to do ANYTHING when I placed the order with my waitress? I didn’t want a remake, but since you insisted, you can remake them, thank you!” Like why get in your feelings about MY WAFFLE? I had no plans to double work her, but that MOUTH quickly changed my mind. She had a nasty attitude the rest of the time I was there. Her name tag said “Dunn” as far as I could tell. Stop getting upset with the customers bc YOU chose to work at Waffle House. Don’t like it, QUIT! This is our SECOND bad experience at this location, and we won’t be returning!
