Not having a car at the moment, I frequently use the W+ delivery service for groceries and whatnot. More often than not, anywhere from 20% to 50% of the items I order are out of stock. You can choose to allow them to substitute items if similar style/qty or not sub at all. I usually choose not to let them substitute out of stock items because their choices often don't make sense. For instance one day I ordered a 50gal plastic bin with a locking lid. What they subbed for it was a 105gal bin with locking lid and also brought the wrong lid. Not having a car, I was a bit miffed that Walmart wanted ME to return this huge, ridiculous substituted item with the incorrect lid to the store. On another order they substituted a bunch of berry drinks in place of iced tea. On the rare occasion that i decide to uber there to shop in person, the store is constantly out of items. It's a definite waste to pay to uber back and forth when the items you're looking to buy aren't in stock. Items at Walmart are still cheaper than the regular supermarkets, but definitely doesn't feel like the savings of years past. On a higher note, the workers here are all super friendly and very helpful.One last note.... The store has a couple of ceiling leaks near the mid and back of the store, so be mindful when it's raining out that you don't stumble over a small bucket in the middle of an aisle.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I'm sorry but how is this store still open? The shelves are always empty, the associates are so rude and unwelcoming and will straight up fight you, the deli serves under cooked chicken, I could go on and on honestly but you get it. I got so mad at how the self checkout cashier last time I try to avoid this place every way possible. This morning was my first time shopping here in months even though it's 5 mins from my house I go out of my way to avoid it. Upon entering I'm immediately reminded why I don't shop here. Emergency exits are blocked, yet another self checkout cashier gave me a hard time because their self checkout machine wasn't working. There's no light in the entrance so you have to use the flash on your phone to make sure you don't trip over any of the displays they've left behind. Also, brand new card readers but still no freaking tap to pay?? FOOD LION HAS TAP TO PAY. As I said I hadn't been here in months and had to walk all the way back to my car, sick, just to get my wallet. Shut this place down, or start completely over please! Someone important needs to see this.

Literally didn't think Walmart's could get worse, and then i went to this one. Absolutely horrid. Avoid if at all possible. Employees are ruder than normal Walmart employees

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I am a Walmart Plus member and never had problem with my groceries getting delivered until I selected to shop from this location. I was wondering why my groceries smelled like smoke since no one in my house smokes. Whoever packed my groceries LITERALLY DUMPED THEIR CIGARETTE ASH IN THE BAGS. The BABY FOOD I ordered for my newborn was covered in ashes. Are you freaking kidding me? This is beyond unacceptable and no one from the store will answer the phone. I called the corporate number and their best solution was to give me a $5 coupon.

Dude really? NO INTERNATIONAL SECTION! At the same time, it wasn't until I left the store that I realized there were no biracial people in this area. I mean, no biracial couples, not even black and white friends walking together. I gave this store a 3 star because Walmart always comes through when you need stuff pronto. Not to mention it made it affordable for me to get that Mongoose bike I could never have as a child. But dude, no International aisle? DAYAM! Walmart, if I just missed the aisle, I'm sorry; but I don't think I saw one. Never seen that before; it's the first thing I look for when I visit Walmart (or candy apples during Halloween season).

I went grocery shopping at walmart. They only had one line open. They had to be at least 25 people in line. I just parked my cart and walked out. That is so disrespectful when you got cashier standing around, but no open lanes. But that is typical walmart.

As usual, I have had a terrible experience with Walmart. i was trying to walk into the store with my rabid pet rat Benjammmin Big Booty Cheese Papi Kieran Garrison Roach, the replacement of my feral pet hamster Frank Anthony Thomas Iero Pricolo Jr., when she got hit by a car !! THE NERVE OF SOME PEOPLE. i only had her for 5 minutes after stealing her from target :c. so then i had to walk all the way back to my car to put her in the trunk with Frank Anthony Thomas Iero Pricolo Jr.'s body. This was a very difficult journey because I am 679 pounds. now i have to find yet another friend. i begin my journey inside the walmart. i went to the automotive section because thats a good place to find friends. I was in luck because i saw a very large worm wiggling accross the floor. i put him in my double d sized bra and started to think of a name I decided to name him Geraldo "I slither up bootyholes" Samiyah's Mom Poopy Dad Mikey Mccrackalackin. whatever even tho i have a new friend walmart sux

they should rename wal mart caca mart. I called 9 times and never got any service, then I tried calling to get corporate and they never bothered to pick up at all. After I paid I asked if there were any more bags. I was told there were not. In went out to my car, loaded it, got home, I saw I was shorted a bag, am certain it was intentional. I guess they have shitty customers, shitty employees, and shitty management. Dont go to this store if you are looking for integrity. this is the one on wrightsboro road in Augusta,

Tip: Avoid the checkout lines, they are insanely slow. Customer service returns closes early. What happen to customer service during regular business hours.

Yo the lines at the front of the store were AWEFUL, the clerks were SLOW.. But the customers?! We're nice, they were polite, gave random compliments! Lol it was wild! And the employees walking around stocking the shelves greets you, asked of you needed help! Never seen such a place lol. And the shoppers? There were some cuties out gettin it! Haha found my local stop and shop

I was at the Walmart on Wrightsboro Rd. I found fabric that I needed cut. I waited for a long time and then had them call someone to sewing and no one showed up. I finished all my other shopping and went back and still not a sole to help me. The manager was no help, she called for someone to meet me in sewing. Finally a wonderful lady who was in electronics left her area and took care of me. Her name was Barbara. There were employees on the phone, chatting with other associates and not one asked if they could help me.

I called 8 times - stood holding for 38 minutes total. Customer service couldn't answer my question and kept sending me to electronics after telling her several times not to connect me with electronics because they never pick up. Last call I asked for the manager, and even the manager couldn't come up to the phone. Had to give 1 star because there isnt a 0 option. WORST SERVICE EVER. Even inside the store you never find an employee to help, and if you do, they take 30 minutes to come back. Better off with Target, where they aim from great service.

On June 30th I purchased groceries from this Walmart which included several things from the dairy section. When I got home I discovered two of the dairy items I purchased were almost two weeks past their expiration date. I submitted to the Walmart website contact form and wait three days and received no response. After no response I contacted Walmart via Twitter to tell them my problem. Finally, today July 7th, I received a response on Twitt that said we will look into it. Wow, one week later I get a response that means they will do nothing. This is just a warning that you need to pay very close attention to the expiration dates if you are going to shop at this Walmart location. *update* I received a call from the local Walmart manager on 7/8. He apologized and said he was the new store manager and he was trying to correct several issues with the store.
