If I could leave zero stars I would. I have placed 3 mail orders to Watanut. Only one has arrived without further intervention. For the other two they created a UPS label and did NOT give UPS the package until days later and ONLY after I contacted them and pointed out their failure. But they surely took my money right away. This last one I ordered on Nov 12th, thinking that was surely enough time for it to arrive by the 21st. But nooooo, I had to prompt them to give it to UPS on the 14th, 2 days after the label was created in the UPS system, telling them that they had not given it to UPS yet and that it had to arrive no later than the 21st, they didn’t get it to UPS until the 15th, and it has a projected delivery date of Nov 24th. Now it will sit on the front porch of a house in the Pacific Northwest getting rained on until Dec 1st, if it isn’t stolen first. I love their product but, if you mail order from them, leave AT LEAST 2 weeks lead time and check with them DAILY to see if they actually gave it to the shipper.

Visited the store for the first time to take gifts for friends in Kansas. The store is very simply set up with lots of varieties of nut products. It was easy to shop there. The staff also helped me make some selections. Everything seemed fresh, neat, and clean. Friends in Kansas really appreciated the gifts. Will definitely be buying more products from there.
