The night crew don't want to work the inside of the store smells like grabbage juice 😫 only two people running the store after 10 the manager 😑 just there for the check unprofessional they don't care if you leave the line less work for them is their mindset they are going to get paid either way no concern about the customers they have no door dash window you got to wait in line with the rest that Wendy's has been there forever im 36 and it was there before me the inside closes at 9:30 pm the manager told me when I was trying to pick up a door dash order and no I don't only door dash i have a full time job at Amazon just extra money im complaining because they messed up one of my orders just trying to help me and the community. They don't know how famous I am on Google but yea me . Never again now im going to do Lyft or Uber

Kind hearted employees but not trained. Two cars total in the drive through and both have to wait 10 min…. Literally no one else around (apparently including cooks). Management is asleep. Employees don’t acknowledge you at the window. Out of salt.

I swear if you could restore customer service you could make a killing in fast food…

Kevon needs some praise n a raise!! They seemed short staffed and he held his composure amazing we had a door dash plus a personal order and he apologized multiple times and stocked for the back dropped fries and took orders bagged door dash. He's so respectful and was even getting fuss from other door dash drivers and kept his composure. Way to go Kevon

The food tasted horrible. As if they fried the fries in old grease. The service was very much terrible as well. We didn’t have any greetings from whom we’re buying food from. This isn’t the first time we’ve visited this restaurant.
