Kind hearted employees but not trained. Two cars total in the drive through and both have to wait 10 min…. Literally no one else around (apparently including cooks). Management is asleep. Employees don’t acknowledge you at the window. Out of salt.

Kevon needs some praise n a raise!! They seemed short staffed and he held his composure amazing we had a door dash plus a personal order and he apologized multiple times and stocked for the back dropped fries and took orders bagged door dash. He's so respectful and was even getting fuss from other door dash drivers and kept his composure. Way to go Kevon

The food tasted horrible. As if they fried the fries in old grease. The service was very much terrible as well. We didn’t have any greetings from whom we’re buying food from. This isn’t the first time we’ve visited this restaurant.

I normally don’t leave reviews, and have a lot of empathy for food service workers, but everytime I come here, they mess my order up somehow. I always end up with someone else’s order, or mine is wrong. There was also hair in my food. Not giving this any more chances, don’t waste your time or money. Even when they get the order correct, your food will still be cold.
I've already shared my picture of the food that was delivered to me & I'm highly disappointed. Who orders nuggets when the doordash clearly states 2 sauces required. Then my damn big bacon classic didnt have american cheese no lettuce no tomato. If the owner actually cared they'll fire the ones who sit up and smoke weed there at nights and hang out in the damn parking lot instead of messing up orders

Just overall a bad experience. To the small chili (that they did not fill up all the way and was cold) to not having potatoes. I am over it. Wasted my lunch break dealing with this. Only positive, the girl at the window was empathetic.

There was a big confusion about what food was in what bag and because someone got them mixed up. The lady at the register was super friendly while all this was going on. My food was cold and I was given a Jr bacon cheeseburger instead of a bacon cheeseburger.
