Well I would love to leave a positive review but nothing about my experience was good. I was suppose to start working at this location Friday November 21,2025 at 9 am. When I arrived it's like no one knew I was coming. I stayed for an hour waiting for ms April to no avail. If you like your time wasted then be my guest and work here but if you want legit money and respect and professionalism go else where and fast. If this is how they handle day 1 I cant imagine any other day. Good thing I had 2 other jobs lined up.

The Wendy's on Gordon hwy across from red lobster downtown area in augusta its clean fast paced workers,friendly helpfully nice without faking it so all the workers were always kind and helpful. And it was quiet,neat,and always thank you 😊

Came there a few mins ago they are not taking orders and this seems to happen almost every night for the last few weeks night staff is very unprofessional the system is always down after 9 at least that’s wat they tell us something needs to be done about this

I knew I was in trouble when I pulled in and the place was empty at peak lunch time. Stale hard bottom bun on my sandwich- cold gross fries, and no chocolate Frosty. This is the second Wendy's I've been to with no chocolate Frosty. Bummer lunch.

The burger and fries were fine. I ordered through the drive thru and a panel of the menu board was missing. I asked about chili and they were out.
Just rude when you ask somebody something don't come back with an attitude if the sign says one thing and the prices another thing just say that if you don't like your job or unhappy find another job
