I went to the Wendy's on wrightsboro and ordered a Dave's single no cheese no pickle paid $6.76 for a piece of meat 1 lettuce bun drenched in mayo one wrinkled tomatoe. ridiculous! the manager ask how can she help after sending the burger back twice and having it returned looking the same way. I told her I want my burger to look like the picture on the display

Entered establishment at 6:15 pm understanding they are busy but don't give customers hard old chicken breast. They remade the food and it was 6:40 p.m. before food came back out.
Asked for the manager a white woman with pink on the end of her hair had an attitude screaming she's not the only manager here. I then asked her well where is the other manager because you have an attitude already and you're not needed. Fix the managers and may get better crews

The restaurant stopped taking drive thru orders at 10pm citing they were short staffed. I asked them what time they closed and she said 2am. I will never return to Wendy’s on Wrightsboro Road. I don’t have time to waste.

One of the worst Wendy's experiences I've ever had. We ordered an asiago chicken club sandwich with no lettuce or tomato and got a plain spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato. We asked every employee we interacted with to confirm that the sandwich would not be spicy and were very disappointed when we opened our food to find that our order was completely wrong despite being reassured multiple times that it would be correct. It's not even like we could go back to get it fixed because we had already wasted 30 minutes on our road trip waiting for "fast" food in the drive through line because the main dining room was locked at only 8pm. Very annoyed to have wasted $20 on food that was completely incorrect.

Visited this location around 6:30 PM, and being that the drive thru didn't seem to be moving, I went inside to place my order. There I was greeted by wet floors saturated with urine, feces and a "wet floor "sign. BOTH restrooms are "out of order" i.e. backed up and over flowing, causing you to step in it due to the amount of overflow. Just disgusting 🤢 A total BIOHAZARD ☣️

Everything was horrible. They didn’t give me no items that I asked for. The fries were cold and old. The manager did not care about my concerns. The wait time was awful. It took them a whole hour to bring a hot sand which out that I didn’t even ask for. I won’t be going back.
