Everytime I come here it's a crazy wait time. A few times I've came at 9pm and was told they doing shift change. At 9pm!!!. The worst one here hands down

I get the same thing at Wendy's I asked for nuggets and a baked potato every single time I know what I want I know what to expect and 90% out of the time they are out of baked potatoes so I just limited the amount of times I go at some point probably will not go back

Okay I went to this Wendy's by default. I was actually at the BK Drive Thru and was waiting in their drive thru and it wasn't moving. So I went to this Wendy's. I ordered, paid and got my food hot and delicious! They have a great team there, check them out.

This is quite literally the worst fast food place in Augusta - every single time I’ve gone through everything I order is wrong. Everyone there is rude, and they act like your asking for an arm and leg if you ask them to fix your order correctly - will never ever to back
there was quite literally a lid in my drink. we didn’t even get half of what we asked for. when i called up there to speak to the manager, the line didn’t even work. i’m disgusted and honestly scared to even eat or drink what i was given. this is gross & so unethical. shame on every single one of you that work there.

Dining room was open. I was asked if I am using cash or card. I told the female behind the counter that I was using cash. Shortly after she told me that there was no one up front and that I had to go to the drive thru. I did that and received my bag out of the windows. Did not get one napkin. The fries were cold and unfavorable. I cannot understand why is this the best representation of this company. I can understand the other reviews after this experience.
