It took 30 minutes to prepare a mobile order. Meanwhile, they kept insisting that there was no order. In the end, they couldn’t even heat the buns properly—they gave them to me cold. This is the last time I’m coming here.

I ordered through the app and waited. On the screen was an order for L, So I thought that was me. Then she called it out and it was someone else. Found out I have to check in, before the order is placed. We were in a hurry and were late to our destination. The restaurant was very dirty. The cook spot in the trash while he had a burger on the spatula. Gross!
