This service was horrible !!! The staff handed my nuggets out the window without a bag. I was rushed and told at the last minute they were out of a product. Nuggets were cold and burnt. Just ghetto and unprofessional. I visit at 12:10 am on 10/19. I didn’t receive a receipt. I will NEVER return to peach orchard rd location

Came through drive thru tonight. Didn’t have sprite which is fine so I ask for sweet tea. Get to the window and the lady bagging food is cussing out loud. Then was told they don’t have sweet tea. I understand frustration but openly cussing in front of a customer is wild

Ordered the maple bacon chicken croissant combo. The chicken was burnt and too tough to bite into. I ate the potato wedges and drank the tea. Did have time to take it back. I've tried to give this location a chance but it's useless.

To GM Ms. Shelly..8.16.25 12:30am. I pull up to drive thru ask for a nugget combo. Teller says we don't have Sprite. I ask what do you have. He replies everything except Sprite. I ask like what because I can't find the drink options (I'm sure I'm not the first). He replies everything except Sprite. The whole thing turns ugly when he says you can leave I'm no serving you. I pull around ask for the manager. Some lady outside smoking some green gets out her car and says she's the manager. The maintenance guys tips over to me and says the manager is inside. So I ask the guy with the attitude came over and said he's the manager. Then a slim light skinned guy comes over and says he's the manager. The only person that gave me some information I could use was maintenance guy when he said come back and ask for Ms. Shelly. She's the GM. He then says they treat costumers horrible here. Sad to say this is what we get when trying to patronize an establishment.
What’s the point of placing a mobile order if you not gone make it till I get here
