I would like to clarify my understanding of the situation. I spent $60 at Wendy's for my construction team's meal, and instead of being informed that a drink carrier was unavailable, I was met with a lack of greeting and a negative attitude at the drive-thru window. It appears the owner may need to address the consistently low Google ratings by implementing improved associate training, as the current level of service is unsatisfactory.

By far the coolest chilliest Wendy's I've been to and I travel a lot. I first noticed the outdoor dinning area. Nice! Bonus on the entry way sink, great for employees and people who just want to wash their hands and not hold up the stall. PLUS, PLUS! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! They need more restaurants like this. The restaurant layout is nice! Staff was amazing and my food was out quick and hot. I gave 4 stars because my lettuce was soggy. (Maybe they rinsed it too much?)

Got a dave single with cheese the burger didn't have cheese it was a plain burger. Also order 4 pc chicken tenders they gave me 4 pc nuggets. The customer service is poor and they dont pay attention to order details. Management needs to step in.

Literally made me pull up claiming they'd be two minutes with the food. I'm now late for work waiting on my food. Then she comes has no type of empathy for their delay in service. Hands food and keeps walking.
Ordered biggie bag everything is cold fries, old burger and chicken nuggets cold. I mean I know its 11:45pm but my goodness cook to order late at night I dont mind waiting.

Ordered 3 biggie bags, and a son bacon ater meal with 2 frosting and 2 ice creams. They handed us, all COLD HARD fries and chicken nuggets. No napkins, no straws for our drinks, no spoons for our ice creams, nor any sauces for our meals. The AUDACITY TO hand a customer hard cold, old fries and old nuggets is VERY DISGUSTING. I walked in to get the rest of my things from the drive through and counted a minimum of 16 workers on the floor including the manager. They all seemed to be standing around talking, laughing and playing around meanwhile the place is a MESS. FOOD and unsanitary EVERYWHERE.

We bought our food here last night and we didn't notice until we left that our daughter's milk is already opened. I thought my husband opened it but my husband said,no he didn't. It's disrespectful to me that this milk were gonna give it to our daughter is already opened and she's just 18months old. And also the milk is already in half and it's already opened. I'm not coming back to this place.

Rude employee in the drive thru at 5:15 pm on Saturday October 18 2025. Didn’t say a single word to us and didn’t give us one of our drinks. Sat there waiting to tell them and she wouldn’t even look our direction or acknowledge us. We left without the other drink. Go home if you are going to be a terrible employee and rude to customers.

HORRIBLE service, just rude overall. We put in an online order, they told us their online order system was down (totally fine), didn’t give any further explanation. Just left it at that. I canceled the online order and we ordered at the window, pulled around and paid for our food. Lady took our card and slammed the window door. Took our payment and slammed it again. My partner asked for our receipt and she, in a VERY rude tone just told us to pull around. Very condescendingly. Pulled around to the next window and they didn’t speak to us, just handed us our food and closed the door. We didn’t get the receipt, which sucks because now I can’t put it in and get the points on the app. Food was meh, I was missing a nugget, which isn’t a huge deal. Hope they sort this out and do better in the future.
