Tried 3 different drinks from the machine and all tasted strange, like there wasn't enough syrup dispensing. If you are trying to save money, this ISNT the place to do it. Chicken wrap was just ok, service was acceptable but not overly friendly.

This location is incapable of getting an order right. The last three times I’ve been here, I’ve been given the wrong burger, missing sauces, missing items, and the drink machine never has enough syrup so you’re drinking carbonated water mostly. I just don’t get it because I’m not asking for anything complicated. I’m not exaggerating when I say my lunch or dinner gets ruined anytime I go here.

I placed my order at the kiosk;I had planned just to try the new salted caramel Frosty but made the unfortunate mistake of ordering a chicken BLT biggie deal meal as well. Chicken patty,tiny tiny and bun as cold as ice, shaken nuggs were "ok" but the fries were like chewing leather. There is not a clean table in the dining room The floors are filthy The condiment station is disgusting the freestyle machine is disgusting- pictures included for exhibit. I've been here 45 minutes and not one employee has come into the dining room to wipe any tables or to retrieve that very tall stack of takeout trays. Drinks from the Freestyle taste moldy and the water tastes of chlorine... obviously not run through a filtration system as required by Coca-Cola. Where is the management here ... or do they not give a darn as well? !!!

Came tonight was greeted by a girl saying "order from the kiosk" no hi or anything. While waiting for the food I observed the manager (Robbie i beleive i heard the girl call him) get snippy with staff and customers. Would walk away snd catch a big attitude. Instead of kindly apologizing to multiple customers about being out of chili would say things like "what do you expect everyone wants chili"

This place needs new night staff. Rude Drive through Workers! Wow! This is the second time we have encountered horrible service. I won't go back ever!
Absolutely disgusted with the workers attitude every single time I come here. We are always treated so bad unless Miss Andrea is here. The food is always less than appetizing unless it’s busy then it’s fresh. Usually clumped fries, hard nuggets, burnt burgers, etc. Do better Wendy’s crew!

Okay. Came in, paid on the kiosk. Waited for my food. COMPLETE different order. They gave me a 8$ order when i paid for a 13$ order. I got a regular childs cheeseburger when i got a double stack. On top of that the workers tried to aruge with my sister when they DIDNT GIVE HER HER ENTIREEE order (still managed to get her order wrong EVEN AFTER SAYING IT TEN TIMES OVER). At this point do they even want buisness? Do not come here lmaooo.

Order taker was very rude. Ordered spicy nuggets with ranch, got regular nuggets with BBQ sauce. Completely missed the cookie I ordered and paid for. Food was cold. This Wendy’s sucks.
