Overall Whits is good, unfortunately limited flavors and towards the end of the day it depends what is still available. Limited seating down and up stairs. Staff friendly.

When it first opened it was SO good. So many options and flavors. However the past 3 times we've gone, they have been out of chocolate custard. Most of the flavors of the week/month have been made with chocolate.

High quality custard. I love all the mix in options. The price does reflect the quality so if a higher price is not what you like, then it might deter you. The kids or mini is enough for me, you don't need a big amount of the custard due to the richness.

This is a very nice brick-looking building which has a cafe combined with this frozen custard operation in one space. There is an upstairs seating area with a deck, and a drive-through.It's not my first Whit's custard, but I can't recall having had a banana split from them before. I was a bit light-headed from hunger at the time; thankfully it was ready pretty fast. Besides a whole banana, the other fruit toppings were in preserved form, and it was a set of vanilla custard scoops and what tasted like Hershey's syrup and whipped cream. By no means the fanciest such creation I've ever had, but it was dynamic and it was delicious. I might come back for their grasshopper (mint chip).

Their vanilla custard is addictive but their customer service sucks..you should not have to ask if you have a loyalty program..one rep had to ask what it was..another time someone said you can only get it if you come on the inside of the restaurant..the next time we finally got a person who we had to ask about it to get on the program...
