Great food prepared fresh for each order. That being said be prepared to give them time to cook it. Everything on the menu is good.

I go there maybe about two or three times a month. Normally the food is not too bad but today the food was horrible. I like my potatoes. It doesn’t matter how they cooked. The mashed potatoes was like soup today and plus I had an extra portion not happy at all today very disappointed.

I order $12lunch through the drive through. It took me over 15 mins to receive one meal. I saw at least 3 workers while I waited so I don’t think they were understaffed and not busy. There was a car behind me, and I could see one customer leaving in the dining area so they weren’t busy. I don’t like to complain and try my best to be understanding but I didn’t even get “ sorry for the wait “. Please do better wifesaver i like your food but not for an 18 minute wait

I ordered 2 two baked chicken breast meals ($17.17 each) thru Door Dash. Received one baked chicken breast in each meal ($12.08 each). Door Dash won't reimburse me for the price difference because I didn't take a picture of the meals which is stupid. Your Wifesavers store cheated me out of $10.18. The likelihood of me spending money at your restaurant again is zero. Teach your employees to get delivery orders right.

Incredible this location is still open. Wrong orders, food not fresh, long wait, same as what everyone else says. Drive the extra 10 minutes to fury’s ferry, you’ll still get your food quicker.

Horrible experience❗️❗️❗️ After asked to wait (I don’t mind) I ordered my kids meal and asked for extra sauce and when I got up to the window, I had to wait there for five minutes before Someone acknowledged me. When they finally did, it was a girl who had a cell phone in her hand that handed me my food. It not only was not what I had asked for, but they also forgot my sprite very disappointed in this location in comparison to the fury’s ferry location I will not be returning to this location as they clearly do not know, sanitation rules, or customer service. No one spoke to me from the moment I pulled up to the window to pick up my order. very unprofessional.

Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes waiting for someone to greet me and take my order, never happened. I called the store to tell them I’m sitting in the drive thru waiting. They answered and told me they have catering orders that take priority and wouldn’t start my meal till the catering orders were done. Meanwhile I saw 4 people walk past the window while I was waiting and nobody stopped to tell me this. Saw one guy leaning in the counter drinking from a cup. Very disappointed

I've given this Wifesaver the benefit of the doubt and gone back after a bad experience but...not only was my chicken over cooked but they also did not give me the entire meal. Folks were friendly but I can't continue to pay for food that is not palatable and also missing items.

Order took over 30mins to get. Our number got skipped and they filled other plates first. Up to 10 orders past our number. Order chicken tenders and saw other plates have the same thing. Asked what was going on and they said it would be 5 more minutes because they ran out of chicken tenders.
Awful!! So disappointing & frustrating. He didn't give me the $5 slice of pie. I noticed that & got a girl to give it to me. Not until I got home, 15 miles away, I realized there was also no cornbread & the Broc Cass was really gross. In the second dinner, there were livers instead of gizzards! Big difference. Trashed it. Wasted $30. 🤮😖 No other customers there @ 4:30, so that wasn't an excuse.🤔

Went in while waiting for my car to be serviced, looking for a place to chill for a while. Wasn't expecting a delicious meal ... Chicken fingers were amazing, hush puppies and the baked beans just took me straight to heaven. I couldn't believe I finished the whole plate!

When Mr.Dukes ran this establishment it was a great restaurant, and was a Augusta icon. Can’t state what the other locations are now, but this one has fell into trouble. Sad day for the franchise and for the legacy of one of the original owners of the Wifesaver line of restaurants.
