DoorDash brought the wrong order to us we call wing express and the lady was very rude and no help. Thanks for not helping we will not order anything from them again. I don’t understand rudeness.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEE THEM. The food is amazing, but be sure to check any chicken wings that you have that are weirdly sized because they'll still have blood in them. Service great too.

Ordered takeout, lady on the phone said an egg roll came with the dish. It did not. When I called back to ask about the order, she promptly said “no egg roll, thank you” and hung up. So if you’re not sure, just order it because the woman answering the phone couldn’t care less.We go here mainly for convenience, the food is average but it’s also hard to find any decent Chinese food in the Augusta area. I have been consistently underwhelmed with this establishment.

Maybe it’s just me, but I have never ordered chow Mein at any other Chinese restaurant and only gotten veggies in sauce. I even googled because I was just shocked and every picture that comes up has NOODLES. I called them just to check and sure enough she said that their restaurant only does veggies in their chow mein. And when I told her she might want to clarify that in the future for future guests since that’s just not the norm in other restaurants, she seemed surprised. But then she went into a big explanation, like she expected me to call because she remembered our order (which is strange) that “next time we need to order the low mein because it has soft noodles not crispy noodles.” To which I responded “oh so the chow mein should have crispy noodles?” And she paused and said “ oh not ours, it’s just veggies.” So she literally caught herself in her own lie because she didn’t want to fix an order mistake. There will be no “next time.” Super unprofessional.

I have always ordered from this resturant. However, when I picked up order #29 on 9/10/2023 the pork fried rice tasted awful. There wasn't any green peppers, onions, and hardly any pork. The rice was very stale.

They charge for dipping sauce but didn't ask if I wanted any before finalizing my order. The chicken tasted funny and they are small like Atown wings but I think smaller.
