I went there like an hour or so ago and the lady Ms. Alexandra was very rude and nasty toward my family she snatched the food from my mothers had and she was being very mean towards her own works and she was just a very nasty person today also she got mad at my mother cause she had order the wrong thing. Her attitude towards my family today was so uncalled for and we will never be coming back there ever again !

I would have gave them no stars if I could. The cashier was very rude. Not pleasant at all to talk to. Ordered food most of the food was missing. Made it clear that we live clear across town we could not come back and we wasn't coming back to that place at all we want a full refund we didn't get half of the food we ordered and then the food was trash. Manager was very nice that's about it but I wouldn't recommend going there we wasn't the only ones that complained. We had another young lady complained right in front of us before we even got our food.

I guess they dont have anywhere to put their personal drinks, i was sitting down waiting on my order when a young lady walked up and sat her OPEN drink next to mine, when i was planning on eating at the table, i just found it weird. I wouldn’t put an open out drink in front of a customer who may or may not put something in it or not, its unsafe. Waited 35+ minutes for my order which was only a 3 piece tender. Food good tho.
I placed an order at 3pm for a pickup order to be ready at 3:45pm. Got here at 4pm to give them a little grace and it still wasn’t ready. Then it was 4:30pm and it still wasn’t ready. It felt like only one worker was moving like they cared. Didn’t feel valued as a customer. Paid a lot of money for my order to be an hour late. The ladies at the front also never greeted me but rather stood around, talk to each other, laughed, and ignored whoever walked in. Very disappointed. Workers were also going on break during the middle of rush. It is like this every time I go and I wish the owners/managers would hold their workers to a higher standard. No accountability for their actions or lack their of.

I Waited 30 minutes for my food to be incorrect. The lady that rung me up her name was Alma. She rung me up for a 10 piece wings which was incorrect and then she charged me extra for bone in when I asked for boneless wings.

ORDERED THROUGH DOOR DASH AND MY FOOD WAS EXTREMELY OLD, DRY, BURNT and not edible at all. My toddlers could not eat their food because it was HARD! My 3 year old literally choked on the boneless wings before I realized how hard they were. This location is horrible. Tried to get a refund and they told me to contact door dash. It’s not door dash’s fault that yall are serving burnt food to customers. The old man who is the manager there was very rude and nasty! Definitely doesn’t need to be anyone’s manager. He don’t even know how to speak to customers. I will be calling corporate not only for the burnt food but for the terrible customer service this place has. These people at this restaurant are careless and they don’t care at all about the quality of your food! They will feed you ANYTHING!!!! I’ve never had any problems with any wing stop besides this one and it isn’t the first time they have given me OLD food.
