These wings were cooked too hard and long. I love wings, but you people put a whole new meaning to ruining wings. Be careful at this place. I will never, never eat wings here again. I get the name Wingstop. Do not stop for wings here.

Customer service is horrible at this location. I observed a worker picking food up of the floor and putting it in the trash and not washing there hands. Got home and seen I had the wrong wings. Call down there and got a attitude from the caller. Never again will I eat at this location

A joke. If you plan on getting food from here definitely plan on waiting a good 30 mins+! They will have your order on the board saying ready but you’ll still be waiting at least 30 mins. Lots of employees but over half just standing around on their phones or talking.

Tonight I placed my usual order and it was full of melted butter or grease of some sort. Louisana rub is a dry rub. Lemon pepper is some what dry not leaking through the bag. Wings could have been cooked a little longer. Topping it off towards bottom of fries was a long hair.

I order a 10 pieces got a 8 pieces wing and they where not fried hard per request after speak with 4 different people they offered me a refund then declined the refund and asked me to bring the wings back in when I can after I informed them I live 15 mins away . Never going back

The people are nice, but anytime I order delivery, I get the smallest sized wings. At least toss in some extra ones if you’re going to give out popcorn chicken sized wings.
Well o think the girl at the front was really sweet and helpful. Service was slow but they were busy! I loved seeing the fresh vegetables from delivery prepping to be stored. All the potatoes for fresh cut fries. But what made me happiest was the CLEAN bathrooms. Please please please keep those bathroom cleans. It is the nicest thing in the world to walk into a wingstop and not lose your appetite because customers are really nasty in those bathrooms. So it was lovely to have a clean bathroom at a wing stop for once! Thanks guys.

This place has horrible service. I walked in to get my to-go order and a lady was already at the counter complaining how her to-go order was incorrect. Then I ask for my bag, check inside of it, and sure enough mine is messed up too. Then the workers argue with each other and tell me to hold on while they fix it. Terrible service. My to-go food was already cold and I had to wait even longer to get the rest of my food that I ordered. Wings were okay. Manager was pleasant.
