Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Was extremely rude in drive thru. White lady at the window lied and said they do not take Apple Pay in drive thru, came to the one on Washington rd was extremely nice and they took my Apple Pay.So if you want Zaxby’s be sure to visit the one on Washington rd. The food was hot, time was efficient, and the service was excellent.

They pulled us up for this order an then once it came out didn’t even give us the sauces we asked for once we got back to our job cause we was on our lunch break the pickles was fried to a crisp and burnt through both trays I called up there cause I didn’t have time to go back they acted as if it was to busy for me to talk to the manager once she came to the phone I told her what happened she said ok an I had to ask if they was going to compensate me? She did say they would replace the pickles. But come on

Curbside was over 30min past expected pickup with no one inside the restaurant

Ordered a 6 finger plate, i only got 5. Texas toast was very stale and the coleslaw was sour. Fries had zero seasoning.

I had a pick up order through the drive through, they gave me the wrong food. Need to pay closer attention to what they’re doing.

I’m very disappointed that this was my experience for the first time. The worker name was E’tavion and he had an attitude from the beginning, and as I was reaching for my change he threw it on the counter my coins went everywhere. 🤦🏻‍♀️ He then proceeded to have an attitude when I asked him where my cup was for my drink. 0/10 makes me never wanna try Zaxby’s again!!! Service should be better!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I had a delivery order that was given to the wrong driver. They did absolutely nothing. My order got bounced between 5 drivers for almost 2 hours. I contacted the final driver and they told her there was nothing they could do. I finally got in touch with Uber, canceled the order, and got my money back.

Everytime I order from this Zaxby's, there's always an issue. This will be the last issue, because I am done.

Most restaurants on Walton way leave much the be desired. That was not the case with this Zaxbys. The food was great and so was the service. I highly recommend if you don’t want to deal with the typical crap service restaurants around the Walton way area. TRY THE FAJITA QUESADILLA!

For once, they actually had a friendly and helpful young man at the drive-thru window. However, the food was terrible. I waited 10 minutes for a dark and unusual chicken breast with burnt bread
