Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered a 6 finger plate and strawberry lemonade. Made sure I was clear and articulate as I know these speakers sometimes aren't the greatest and it gets loud in there. I got a 4 finger plate and regular lemonade. The person at the drive through didn't even look in my direction, she handed my card back facing the opposite way talking to workers. I'm not too worried about my meal being wrong and I get it's fast food, but there's so little customer service to do in that case, how could you do so poorly?

If i moved as slow as they do at this location I'd be looking for me a new job. I'd love to be able to wash up and go to the bathroom but at this location they have number pad locks on them. This has to be the worst Zaxbys nation wide.

Last night, october 30, 2024 i put in an online order for a big zax snak meal with a root beer at 9:32 pm. The online order said it was to be ready at 9:39. I showed up to the store at about 9:50 pm and was told to pull up to wait on my food and i did not receive my food until 10:36 pm, which was over an hour after the order was placed. It’s also to be noted that i pulled back up to the window after waiting about 15 minutes and watched multiple employees leave with food off of the window and then leave the building while i was sitting there waiting on my one big zax
snak.

Very friendly staff! Worked well together. All were smiling and helping each other as a team. Carmiah (Miah) worked drive thru very sweet and attentive. Hannah was well spoken while taken my order and repeated it back for clarification. AWESOME JOB LADIES!

Drive through employee was rude and dismissive. Wouldn’t listen to the order and got the food immensely wrong it was pitiful. Normally a decent location but the people working tonight were garbage

Had to give a star just to make review!!! We went to have lunch and was turned away because their system was down… they had no plan of action. How about we go back to the old way and write it down and accept cash if those customers were willing to do so. Instead it was nope cannot help you.

It's 1 of my hubby's favorites so we go often, many times are drive thru.

Visiting from out of town, went through the drive through, when it was time to pay gave the young lady 2 twenty's! We should have received $15 and some change, we received the change... Here we go, the young lady was advised of her era as she closed the window she said, "they tripping what's their problem they only gave me 25.00" We waited patiently, the manager counted the draw down and wow the young lady made an era! No apologies and they held our food hostage until they corrected the problem!
I will not support this establishment again!
