I just ordered a zenzation salad from Zaby’s…the most disgusting salad ever! Limp and wet! $23 for wings and salad and it was gross!

Had a quick and easy experience through the Zaxbys drive thru. The girl working the window was friendly and quick to take care of my order. I received my food shortly after and the tenders were steaming hot and freshly cooked. Overall pleased with the experience at this location.

Ordered a chicken club sandwich. All I got was a little piece of chicken, a piece of cheese, 2 pickles and a lot of sauce. No lettuce or tomato!? Fries were not hot. It took almost 20 minutes for 4 meals!?!? For the money????
Never again will I waste my money at any Zaxby's ?

went through the drive thru and they told us to park because there was a wait. 15 minutes later we’re still waiting while other cars (at least 6) in the drive thru are handed their orders. we finally walk in and our order was just sitting there and had been ready 5 minutes after we paid according to the sticker on the bag.

I usually go to Zaxby’s for lunch and they’re always delicious. I went about seven 7:30 PM. It was not so good. The bread was soft and the salad was not fresh. Just taste like Zaxby.

I placed my order at 8:21 pm I didn’t look in the bag (my mistake) i literally left and went home which is right down the street a total of 12 mins I opened my box and there was barely any sauce on the wings and you can tell NONE of it was fresh ! I called and talked to Samantha the manager and she was really combative after I’m telling you I wouldn’t waste my time complaining about lack luster food if it wasn’t fresh! She continued to make excuses ! My mother and sister are disabled the food was for them instead of her offering me to come back another day or something I asked well what about a refund if I brung the food back to them she dragged me all the way back to the store to have the food replaced I told her I would bring the food back but the barely touched it..she said no refunds and I couldn’t come another day I had to come back NOW or she would do nothing THEN TRIED TO LECTURE ME ABOUT WHAT I SHOULD DO NEXT TIME! I’ve been going to zaxbys for YEARS i KNOW the food is supposed to made to order ! HORRIBLE just like I told her I’ll NEVER BE BACK !!!

Nicole is the best employee there I swear! She deserves all the glory. She is always so sweet when I go and today she even helped me with a new suggestion on my order! It’s hard to find good customer service in Augusta so she’s a gem!

The general manager and cashier were very rude. I placed an order online that both insisted I did not. I tried giving the order information to the cashier, but she passed me on to the general manager who did not offer an apology. The worst experience.
