Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

My girlfriend placed an order through the Zaxbys app for a curbside order. Stating it would be ready @7:15 p.m. I got there at 7:17. Waited for 8 min. No one came out, no notification to her cellular device. Nothing. I went in, and noticed they were busy. Which is fine and understandable. There were two bags on their pick up order shelves. I waited, let a woman and her kids go first before asking about it. Then a guy cuts in front to order. Still remain patient. By this time 5 min have gone by. I then ask the cashier about the order, she pulls those 2 bags from the shelf and say those are mine. Well she says I’m going to make your drink. She leaves and comes back without the drinks. My patience is gone. Somebody comes from the back with 2 drinks and just leaves them on the counter, goes to do something else. I ask the customers in front of me to hand me those please, and leave upset at the service. I’m back in my car @ 7:37. So it took 20 mins to get my order. So frustrated didn’t even get the milkshake that was ordered, but the other customers that ordered well after we did get theirs first. Not upset our food is cold, not upset about missing items. I’m upset older orders were not considered at all. Saw no one that whole time work to even try to get the order out to the curbside spot my vehicle was in.

Lately I haven't been getting anything extra that I pay for i could check the sealed bag and hold up the line but I choose not too

I ordered in the drive thru and my food was stale and cold.

I got there right when they opened. Me thinking the food would be hot and fresh. I was wrong the tenders and fries were cold like they had been cooked hours earlier. I know the fries are seasoned my fries had so much seasoning on them they were to salty to eat. I want be going back to this location

When you ask for extra of something… you expect to get it right ? WRONG , I didn’t get any of the extra dressing that I PAID for, never coming back to this zaxbys again.

Visiting from out of town, this was my first interaction in Georgia. Mrs. Andrea B was very nice and made me feel welcome. She even remembered my name as I was walking out. Food was good too as always.
