Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The huge inconvenience of not accepting cash is overwhelming. When asked why, “because it is cheaper”. How about it’s because you don’t have a good management in place and are worried about being robbed or employees stealing. All the other restaurants on this street accept cash.

Noted as we waited multiple people came inside and stated they were in the drive through with cash and had to go home to get a card.

Really looking forward as a follow up from this restaurant franchise.

Sad that this location doesn't take cash which is US currency. Many elderly don't like to use their card. They manage their money better using cash. Shame on zaxbys

Had to have food fixed four times and I still had to return to location because the remake was also wrong.

Dietary restrictions: Told them we were allergic to onions but they still put them in salad

The service was awful. If I could give a negative one, then I would. They made my order four times and still got it wrong. I don’t know how hard it is to make one salad without onions and no blue cheese, which was how it was ordered, but it never was correct. It took 20 minutes to fill the order and we still had to bring it back because it was wrong. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible service!!!!

We went in today around 2:15. Fries was nasty i didnt eat mine. Chicken Philly was greasy. You can tell the fryer oil hasnt been changed in awhile. Also a guy cook n back i saw him grab a chip out of a bag licked his fingers contunied to cook without washing his hands. Was not wearing gloves. Cashier wasn’t customer friendly. Bathrooms didnt have soup in them. We wont be back to this location. Very disappointed.

Zaxbys has unfortunately gone downhill. My orders have been wrong the past few times and I guess zaxbys is cheap now because these chicken wings yall have now,MEN LIKE MYSELF LIKE A GOOD SIZE WING. Damn chicken wings look like they came from a quail not even a Cornish hen smh

Love the new tacos 🌮

My Fiancè and I decided to dine in, to kill time while he was on his work break, and they had one ordertaker on the floor. Crew member Tae had finished taking the order he was previously on, and when that customer walked away, my Fiancè and I stepped up to the counter to have our order taken. We watched at Tae glanced at us, and then turned his back to us, to fidget with the items on the counter behind him. Whether he was organizing sauces for an order, or just killing time, he still knowingly ignored the next orders. We stood there for a good minute before he decided to turn around to take our order, and when he finally did, it was clear he’d never been given any kind of customer service training. He was very short with us, rude, and gave very little effort to communicate. Also got an attitude with me when I scanned my Zaxby’s app too early. I’ve been to multiple different fast food locations, and all locations have different scan procedures. I didn’t appreciate the clap back when I didn’t know how he wanted me to scan here. The floor was also very trashy, and tables were sticky. I feel like not much care goes into this location. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious, but the atmosphere and customer service could use some work

Loved the new drive through with an employee outside taking orders and paying outside hut! Like Chick fil a. Much quicker and friendly staff! Thank you Zaxby's!! We ordered Chicken fingers (10) they were delicious!

Chicken was so good I personally thanked the cook. Charles not only made the best fried chicken I've had in forever he greeted me with huge smile and a wonderful personality. It was one of the best dining experiences I had in a very long time.
