Did a online order in the app and when it said it was ready I went in and it took then 10min for them to even say anything to me. then it took 30min after my pick up time for me to get my food.

Reason for a 3 star is because the chicken fingers have taken a dive in quality. Besides that I find gristle in a lot of it and also the size more represents chicken bites than chicken fingers, they are so small. And there has been many times both my wife and I have gotten sick after eating at the one in Grovetown.

I just had to do this because I’m so tired of it. First of all I work hard and all I want is just for once to pick up my order and have it be accurate. I’m tired of paying for food that I don’t get. This location never gets it right. Ever. The one time they did the toast was burnt. I try not to eat out much so when I spend my money on food I’d like to get what I pay for. I always mark extra seasoning for my fries and seems like they don’t even season them at all so I cured that problem by getting the seasoning on the side which I shouldn’t have to do. If I order three things one is always missing tonight it was the cheddar bites, again and never any refund offered?! I really don’t know how this location is even still open to be honest. They seem to care more about socializing and not their customers.

Do they have good food their salsas that have various sauces different types of chicken that got bone-in chicken wings they got bone out chicken tenders they're kicking chicken sandwich is the best in my opinion

The floor was sticky, Some table needed a good cleaning. Staff wasn't bad, just not welcoming, or friendly. It was ok, but I would not go back there.

They have good wraps, the wings are small but meaty. The food and service is good consistently.

Ordered the boneless wings and things, they gave me the SMALLEST chicken tenders I've ever seen and they only give you three. They gave the smallest portions for the price you might as well just get chicken from Wingstop. For a place that sells mostly chicken you would think they would be better. Disappointed in this place.

Delicious Cobb salad...I ordered extra grilled chicken and extra boiled egg. The employee was so nice. She gave us a discount. I told my friend this is where we will dine when coming to Augusta. Nice atmosphere and the employee brought us our food.
