Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered the boneless wings and things, they gave me the SMALLEST chicken tenders I've ever seen and they only give you three. They gave the smallest portions for the price you might as well just get chicken from Wingstop. For a place that sells mostly chicken you would think they would be better. Disappointed in this place.

What happened to Zaxby's? I went to this location today and the food was not good...actually rather disappointing. Today's experience makes me not want Zaxby's food again.

Went here when it's not busy which is the best time. Food nice and hot and a server was friendly yet said everything so quickly.

Delicious Cobb salad...I ordered extra grilled chicken and extra boiled egg. The employee was so nice. She gave us a discount. I told my friend this is where we will dine when coming to Augusta. Nice atmosphere and the employee brought us our food.

I had the Wings&Things. The wings have changed they are a lot smaller and fries to hard
They use to be some much bigger and not cook as hard

The ladies are always pleasant I just don't know why they can't give out receipts. Tea was out the other night. Cherry Fanta out tonight. Put seasoned salt on my fries I had to go back the new fries they gave me were hot but tasted burnt.

Would be zero if I could. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich as I do from every other visit. Worst display, sprinkled with very little cheese, and not fresh at all. Waited 13 minutes for them to throw a piece of slice cheese on it and cut it in half. Cashier comes back and says “we can’t cut it, we don’t have knife” I guess they’re putting while fingers on those salads now. Then 7 more minutes for a refund.

The food is very salty.
The only way to enjoy it is the x for no seasoning on your french fries and bread.

I pre-ordered our food almost an hour beforehand, pick up was scheduled for 9:30pm...I got there at 9:35pm...was told at the drive thru speaker to pull forward to the window...sat there for almost 20 mins, drove 45 mins to get home, only to find out they gave me some old dried up wings, and over cooked French fries...not to mention the bad service I received when my food was finally brought to the window...no one apologized for the wait or even acknowledged how they didn't have my order ready. I will not be going back and I really deserve a full refund.

We stood at the counter waiting to order for 15 minutes and not 2 employee said anything to us so we walked out. Overall dont go here the service Sucks.

We waited over 30 mins for our food for an order we placed online. Your best bet is to skip this store and visit any other location.
