Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

25 minute wait in the drive thru just to receive our order and missing and entire chicken sandwich. Had to take our toddler in to utilize the restroom and while the floor had the caution sign as though the restroom had just been cleaned, it was abundantly obvious that these restrooms haven’t been cleaned properly in days. Nasty!

This is the worst Zaxbys in Augusta!

Pulled to the drive through and waited 10 minutes for anyone to address me first. The lady proceeds to say they are only serving Big Zack snacks (chicken tenders, fries and Texas toast) they are out of everything!…….. How?

Anyway, I just wanted something small. I was originally going to order the veggie egg-rolls.

I asked the cashier, if I could order the Kids Fingerz, she says no, we are only taking orders for the big zack snack because that’s all we have. I said ma’am it’s the same thing! Tenders and fries with no toast! She then says we have no kid boxes. Who tf is eating the boxes! It could’ve been served in a regular box or bag!

I rode off because if y’all don’t want to work, get off the clock and stay home!

Mt French fries were still cold on the inside and the chicken tenders were like rubber. The employee fave me my take out order side ways in the bag my coleslaw was all in the tray.

The food is good, but the Milkshake machine has been broken for weeks at this location on Wheeler Rd in Augusta GA.

This place can’t ever get it right. They always forget my extra boiled egg on my Cobb Salad., and when they do remember the bacon it’s never crumbled on there, but it’s whatever. I don’t say anything because what are they going to do ? Absolutely nothing. Give me whole strips of bacon on the side ? I want it done right and I want it done right the FIRST time.

Now I get here today, to pick up my already ready online order, that was set to be picked up inside so I can grab it and go and avoid this long behind drive thru line, and the door is locked and the dining area is closed. How does that make any sense !?

Do better. Get it together. Stop wasting peoples’ lunch time because you all want to do whatever you want to do.

UPDATE: I’m back at my desk now about to chow down and they gave me an extra tender, so I’ll give some grace. When they good, they good. When they’re bad, they’re terrible.

Asked for 2 birthday cake milkshakes and was told they were not making any. Not they were out just simply they were not making any as they didn’t feel like it.

Service is terrible at this location. Missing items, cold fries, and rude employees. At least the Texas toast was cooked. Just skip and go to Chick Fil A if you want decent service or Popeyes if you want rude service but good chicken. I will not be using this location again.
