We usually eat here often but now I am giving a negative review because why in the world are they closing at 8 pm?! 8 pm…. You have electricity, water, food and you don’t have a tree through the building, therefore, there is no reason for all of the Zaxby’s to be closed at 8 pm or even before that on any day.
Food was great and from my calculations, that Matthew guy bagged my food in .3 seconds. 10/10 would eat again

I'm a little late with the review, however during a visit for lunch I had the most pleasurable experience thanks to Tiamara Hawes. She was a joy and made my drive-thru experience extremely unforgettable. Her attitude, personality shined so brightly it made my day so much better. I had to make sure she received her recognition!!!

Went there on lunch break. Waited a to total 16 mins before I got my food. Ask for water they wanted to charge me. I wanted to drive off because it was taking them so long to take the car order in front of me, but once you in zaxby line you can't drive off. Customer service was 1/5 stars. Chik fil A will never have u waiting in line for almost half of your lunch break.
My parents dont let me go here even though we’re from Granite Hill but i heard it’s really good so 5 stars

Not too bad. I like that the chicken isn't overly breaded. Salads are huge and fresh.

Do not order a salad from here. They gave me three pieces of meat on my salad, and it was sloppy. The french fries were cold. Save your money and go to Zaxby's on Wheeler Rd.

Ordered a 4 piece chicken plate with extra Zax sauce and an order of fried pickles for $18.78.Guy in the window took my payment and gave me my drink and card back. No problem. I noticed there were about 5 people in view from the window. Handed me my bag and I look inside, no pickles and no extra zax sauce. I was given an extra sauce and they have me pull around for the pickles. The worker apologized and said he wasn’t supposed to hand me the bag yet. A worker comes out with a bag that had a whole remake of my order and I mention that I just needed the pickles because they handed me my chicken finger plate at the window. She hands me the order of pickles without the ranch. I ask for the ranch and she gives it to me. I get home and open both boxes and I was only given 3 tenders and a skimpy handful of fries and the amount of pickles I received were comical. I’ve gotten fried pickles from Zaxbys many times and I’ve always been given a lot. I’m disappointed with the lack of coordination, communication from the team, and I wasn’t given my entire order. I had to ask for them to give me almost every item. Do better. $18 for the amount of food I received and the lack of quality customer service is diabolical.
