Chicken fingers were great, the only issue was every thing was cold, fries and fingers were as cold as the drink, the egg rolls were hot, I did enjoy the free fingers. Was told order would be ready in 13 minutes arrived in 10 minutes.

Ordered the lemon pepper traditional Wings & Things. The overcooked, dried, crunchy traditional wings had very little lemon pepper flavor and the strips were over cooked with no lemon pepper seasoning which I clarified at the drive thru lemon pepper on both. Temp was sitting under light too long warm. Asked for ranch, received one ranch & zax sauce, not both ranch and the toast was burnt. My regret for thinking something so simple would be made correctly since there wasn’t a crowd at 5:33:23 pm on 10/15/25 order ID AAAQNM9GAGEK DT #163.

I ordered a salad online. I went to the drive thru as stated. They said it wasn't ready. The little girl at the drive thru had an attitude. The young man asked me to pull up to the pull up 1 spot. I waited for 15 mins for a freaking salad I ordered online. I can't stand this zaxbys.

I would never go to this location if it wasn't close to home. Came in this evening with an online order...not ONE person acknowledged me as I stood at the counter. One girl turned around, looked at me and proceeded to walk from the behind the counter and took an order outside. Came back in and still did not acknowledge me as my order sat on the counter behind her. Another girl was flirting in the window with a cook. Finally a nice tall guy walked in and addressed me and handed me my order and cups for my drinks. But ridiculous I had to stand there and no one even asked to help smh

When I first came to the drive-thru window, Lee (Liana W on receipt) was very warm and receptive. She seemed very jolly and eager to provide excellent customer service. She introduced herself and ensured my order was accurate. I then came to the window to meet Erica, another sweet, professional, and kind worker. My order was also accurate and very fresh. Great job to the cook and food prep. The staff this afternoon at this location did an amazing job.

We’re DONE! We spend way too much money here to keep tolerating a substandard quality of food! I dropped $20 for ONE MEAL and some cookies and it was total SHYT! I could’ve taken that money and gone and sat down for a decent meal somewhere!
Wings & Things meal on 7.23.2025. In my disgust and frustration, I failed to take pictures of the plate. But the wings looked all dark inside like they had been sitting for a while. They were dry, not fresh and had barely any buffalo sauce on them at all. The skimpy amount of fries was more fitting for a snack, not a meal. The tenders were on point, as usual. But they were not enough to make a meal off of alone. I did take screenshots of my online feedback survey responses. I’m attaching a few of those here.
Stop taking your customers for granted, and pay attention to the QUALITY of your product. Yesterday was a total waste of $20 for me! Glad to know a new Wing Stop is across the street, cause it’s lights out for me and the Big Z! I’ve given chance after chance after chance with this store and a few other Zaxby’s and never wrote an honest review. And now I see by the other reviews and Reddit convos (r/Zaxby’s) that I am not alone. Service and quality are sorely lacking in many locations.
This corporation spends BIG DOUGH on advertising, so they are accustomed to surviving on hype and subliminal influence (vs. true quality). Folks need to start telling the truth so they have no choice but to clean up their act if they want to stay afloat. Fugg the commercials and pay for better training, higher pay and incentives for employees who go above and beyond!
