The food here is okay, but I rather go right next door to jason's deli. The food here is over priced and honestly doesn't taste that good
I always love the food at Zoe's. I get the Lamb cauliflower rice bowls with extra lamb meatballs and extra taziki. The staff are always nice, the place is clean, and I even like the music they play. I keep coming back.
My husband and I visited Zoe’s Kitchen for lunch. This was definitely not our first time, but it was one of the best experiences we have ever had. It is very hard to find people these days who exemplify superior customer service and genuine kindness to others. Today, however, during our dining experience, Arizona, (a sweet young lady who greeted us and took/delivered our order) reminded me of the type of customer service that both my husband and I were taught to always provide during our times of working in f&b/hospitality services. Arizona very sweet from the very beginning, professional, honest, and went above and beyond to fix something that we didn’t even notice as a problem in the first place. She showed the ability to be proactive with her hospitality and problem solving skills rather than waiting to be reactive to a situation that may or may not have been brought to attention. Some people have to learn these attributes, but in my opinion, all of these qualities come naturally for Arizona.P.S. The food was delicious and we will definitely be back for more!
Food was fresh and delicious. My wife really enjoyed this place. I thought they could put a bit more meat on the pita and long for some ranch salad dressing but was good. I am a travel nurse, minister and author of 7 Christian books. Here on a nursing assignment but from Conway, SC.
Chicken & steak kabobs, sides were grilled vegetables, pasta salad, sweet corns. Yummy. Fast friendly service. Steak kabobs were our favorite. Various sauces were great.
I ordered the chicken kabob with the fire roasted corn and apple slices as sides. The corn and kabobs were pretty good. The “apple slices” I got, however, were basically all apple cores ☹️
First time at Zoe’s in Augusta. The manager, Zach, was a tremendous helped me and my wife choose what to eat. He recommended the chicken pita for my wife and a turkey avocado sandwich for myself. It was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while. He even gave us a free drink as it was our first time. Thanks to him, we will definitely be back!
TOP NOTCH!I have frequented Zoës for ab a decade now and they NEVER fail to please!Just last week, thrown off by the time difference, I walked in at 8:57pm, assuming it a 7:57pm.I ordered dinner for the whole family. The 2 staff members on shift were kind and attentive. They didn't shoo me out, or show rudeness. They prepared my order, held friendly conversation and even joked with me once I realized the ACTUAL time. This is the norm here. Friendly, professional, attentive. The whole atmosphere is always a pleasure. I will always attend a Zoës for great food and service as long as they remain open!
The food is always good. But, for for the last month or so, they've been closing the doors early to foot traffic and you can only order through the app or online. Evidently, someone in charge is trying to save on labor costs so the fill the orders with 2 employees. Not okay as this is the only Zoe's in town ?.
My Reuben Sandwich was enormous & delicious & my boyfriend loved his Tuna Salad Sandwich - the only place I know of that puts chopped egg in theirs! Only problem was that I came in to pick up my order 20 minutes before they closed & they had already broken down the soda machine & poured out the tea. Will definitely go back & try the salad bar!
Restaurantji Recommends
First time ever eating food from Zoës and I have to say I was impressed. I ordered online from my hotel and walked over to pick it up. My order was ready in about 15 minutes, I got the spicy chicken kabobs which were surprisingly spicy!! The roasted vegetables were awesome but the cauliflower rice was a little disappointing, it's served cold which I personally didn't care for. The restaurant was clean, the service was friendly and fast. I definitely recommend trying it if you have not already, I'll certainly be going back!
Salad is not for everyone, but, this place has good quality, healthy, salad options.Zoe's is actually a chain I have gone to in many States. The Greek Salad is predictably good.Their signature oil and vinegar dressing is yummy. You need to shake the bottle like a Polaroid picture, but it is worth the effort.
Food here was very flavorful. Had the shrimp and salmon skewers. Double veggies! Not disappointed at all. Next time I'm definitely trying the Mom's chocolate cake.
The pita was dry, the roasted veggies were dry and hard, kind of like they have been sitting out for hours. The customer service is terrible, the guy acted as if he had somewhere to be and I was standing in his way. Won't be back. Period.
Great dining experience and Jay has some of the best costumer service ! First time having Mediterranean food and loved every bite !
