Drinks were great! The service was okay, since the employees were super unprofessional. I get it that you would want to love your job and all but making people wait because one of your friends came, shouldn't allow you to stop doing your job. I'm all about having fun at work but this was too excessive. Goofing and playing around is super unprofessional and doesn't get the job done.

Tried the mango chai with breve at 7 Brew and it was sooo good. The barista actually asked what flavors I like and helped me choose, which I really appreciated. Super friendly and customer centered yet the line moved pretty fast. Great customer service and a drink that was exactly my taste. Will definitely be back!
Am obsessed with 7brew so glad ya'll are close to my house. I have been everyday since the second day I have gone twice some days. I have tried many of the drinks all have been wonderful. The staff are 10 stars love everyone I have interacted with the vibe is amazing. The only thing I would suggest is turning the music down just a couple of notches. Other than that the place is a 10 out of ten can't wait to see how great the store becomes.

My experience:
This location just opened, so we decided to give it a try. The service seemed a bit disorganized. There were multiple people walking around taking drive-thru orders, but they seemed to be going out of order. When someone came to take our order, she was clearly still learning the system (understandable since they just opened).
We ordered our drinks, and I asked for an extra espresso shot in mine. After a few minutes, someone brought us our drinks, but said she didn't remember what they were. Thankfully, we got the correct order. Unfortunately, my macchiato barely tasted like it had coffee, much less the extra shot I ordered. My wife's cappuccino was 25% foam, which was also frustrating.
Hopefully, with time, they will get better at serving a crowd. I'll give them another try in a few months.
