They say no feedback is often good feedback. I have been ordering bulk suya from here for a few years; I once again needed them and was sad to see that they were closed. I still called the number, and lo and behold, the owner Bibi was able to help. I should've done my due diligence and probed more for a reason for the closure. Still, I foolishly trusted the owner and placed a large order of $450 of beef suya - in return, I got stale/rotten meat. The owner claimed it was fresh to order - but it wasn't fresh at all - it appeared to have been old stock or meat not properly stored - all in all, I was very disappointed at this deception.The owner refused to make amends; perhaps it is my loss for dealing with a restaurant closed for health and safety issues. The sale was unethical and could potentially have harmed a lot of people (food poisoning)In their heyday, King Caribbean suya was very good - I truly hope things are made right for them again - in the meantime - please do NOT order.

Go across the street to Ayo if you want decent service and better food. I usually support my people but it’s very disheartening to be a Nigerian person and because I don’t look or sound like it this staff is disrespectful to me and tries to short me on food. This has happened multiple times. Either they don’t have what is asked or their attitudes are horrible. My extended family used to frequent here and because it’s family owned speaking to a manager is out of the question. But anybody who looks them up needs to know what they are setting themselves up for.

If I could do a review without giving a star I would. The so called waitress was rude from start insulting us and asked us what we want to then come back and say they only have one choice left. The price increased by almost double then the menu online and were not given menus nor an itemized receipt. The food was terrible. Tasted spoiled or old. We all got sick. One person in our group almost had to go to the ER because of how ill they became. Worse case of food poisoning, wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Even the others in the establishment that were drinking came to tell us we are funny for coming here.

I didn’t want to ruin their reviews because they have always been friendly and were amazing consistently say about 2-3 years ago. Today I went against another reviewers advice and went on a Monday. The beef suya was so huge I was scared it wasn’t beef it also didn’t have much of a taste and texture more like hamburger meat and the plantains were very dry and flavorless. I threw it away. They use to have the BEST beef suya nearby to me....

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I remember going here before and it was sooooo good. I went last night and purchased 2 oxtail dinners. The lady was getting frustrated because I was having a hard time understanding her. I sat there and watched them bring food to several people who came in after me. I was enjoying the DJ so I was ok. Fast forward! I get home and ate the food YUK! Evidently they put it in the microwave because the plantains were dried out, the oxtails were under cooked and cold at the bottom! I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD ? We trashed our entire plate.

Dont waste your time coming here. Very poor customer service. Looks like a hang out spot for old drunk people. Felt like we were bothering them coming in to order food. No one in there dining just folks sitting around drinking. Can't tell who works there or who's just there to drink. We walked right out after feeling like we weren't welcomed to eat there

One of the worst Caribbean restaurants I've ever had. Will not ever eat here again. Oxtails were tough in a red spicy sauce. It tasted horrible.

I saw this restaurant in Passport Kings Travel's YouTube video of "top places to eat in Atlanta" and wanted to give it a try. I went about twenty minutes before closing tonight (couldn't be helped) and was nervous about the quality of the food. But babayyyy Caribbean King didn't disappoint. I opened the container when I got in the car to have a taste. By the time I got home, the container was empty - do you hear me?? The suya and the jollof rice was out of this world!!!!!! Don't let the appearance of the restaurant fool you. It's in a strip center and is set up like a lounge with a small bar. If that's not your scene, it might be a little off-putting. But the gentleman behind the bar was extremely accommodating and professional despite how late I came in and the food was superb. I WILL be back .... and with friends!!!

You want to be deceived? Go here! The prices are way higher than the prices on the menu. They ended up charging me almost twice the price I thought the food was. Telling me it’s the new price and when that happens there’s nothing you can do. They win! Horrible attitude. Never going back. Thanks
