Don't waste your time with this Arby's. They're anything but "fast" food. The drive thru person was rude when we explained we couldn't hear him through the speaker, and then were told to pull up for our food which took another 8 minutes.

Placed a online order went to drive thru was told come in to pick up my order 🤷🏿♀️I said I didn't want to come in so the young lady told me to come back in 5 min. Im so confused at this point because in all my years NEVER have this happened! The drive thru had one car ahead of me ... So I go inside! Guess what my order isn't ready! You think that after a short wait let's say 3 -4 min later I received my order was it hot ABSOLUTELY NOT! IF THE FOOD WASN'T GOING TO BE HOT AND THRERE WERE HARDLY ANY CUSTOMERS WHY WAS I WAITING! THIS ARBY'S CONTINUES TO DISAPPOINT! TIME AFTER TIME . AND LETS GET SOME COURTEOUS HELP IN THE DRIVE THRU ARBYS ISN'T CHEAP CAN I GET SOME FRIENDLY SERVICE TO GO WITH MY COLD FOOD

I placed an online order and when I got there to pick it up 10 minutes later they claimed someone with my exact first and last name already got the order. I've never been to this location and I don't have that common of a name. I was told "you're gonna have to get a refund through the app." No attempt was made to make it right while I was there.
Edit: I requested the refund online and was contacted by the regional manager to resolve the issue. I was issued a refund and the manager said they would speak to the staff to try to prevent this in the future. I appreciate the gesture, but do still feel like there should have been a resolution while I was at the restaurant.
